什麼都好！就是衞生間的排風對着房間！聲音特別大！況且衞生間的燈還是感應的！晚上家人睡覺都不敢去衞生間了！排風聲音特別大！除了這個其他都很滿意！

酒店非常新，乾淨，家庭入住很方便，前台也很熱情。後面的停車場也還方便。入住有一晚趕上部分城區事故性停電，爬上10樓，比較累。

出差武威，訂了這個酒店。很不錯，性價比非常高的酒店。中央空調很給力。熱水足。房間乾淨整潔，佈置用品也不錯。前台的客服給升級了房間。客服還幫忙留意哪間房間的視野好風景佳。總之是近期出差住酒店難得的一次驚喜之旅。

酒店的硬件和衞生做的還不錯。好評是給第一天入住的前台小姐姐的，小姐姐態度非常好，看我們訂的是家庭房還多給了一個人的早餐券。但是之後的服務體驗感非常差，我們三個女孩子晚上出去玩，出門時在大廳被保安調侃“你們晚上還回來嗎”“我還以為你們晚上不回來了”，這種行為非常讓人感到被冒犯。第二天中午退房之後我們在大廳等待離開的火車，靠在大廳沙發上打了半個小時盹兒就被保潔告知不要在沙發睡覺，要把大廳桌子上的飲料擺放的整齊一點，否則會影響貴酒店的形象，也是十分無語，原來貴酒店已經豪華奢侈到我等普通百姓高攀不起的程度了。希望貴酒店可以加強部分員工的素質培養。
