出差途經訂的這家酒店，整體感覺過的去。進店安保引導車輛服務欠缺，沒有詢問沒有告知，衹是簡單用手一指且手勢不規範。總台辦理入住尚可，但欠缺酒店相關其他增值服務的營銷介紹和引導。房內衛生一般，衛生間淋浴房地麪污垢嚴重，建議定期清理，可列入每月計劃衛生。次日早餐是本次入住個人感覺較差的一個環節，首先明檔廚師沒有正確配戴口罩且在制作過程中與周邊人員大聲交談，其次負責收餐盤的阿姨正對客服區域用手剔牙，早餐廳布局中間一例餐椅最後一座與安全出口未保持足夠安全距離，影響緊急情況下的應急疏散。離店退房服務較為一般，全程無語言交流，未明確是否已完成退房程序可否離店，未主動詢問客人抵店交通工具，自駕車離場減免操作流程。環境整體滿意，服務不敢恭維。
