Very nice hotel, very friendly service staffs, including airports pick up driver．my one night comfortable stay at this time, I would like to thank Anna for her great efforts on detailed arrangements,such as room upgrade、pick-up reservation．

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during China national day holidays. The room was clean and comfortable but the decorations looks a little old. Room service was good. The breakfast was great and had many foods in the menu. The hotel location is far from city center and tourist sites but has bus stop neer it only few steps and the subway station is only a 5 minutes walk. Also there are many restaurants and shopping malls near it.

離高鐵站非常近，起步價就可以到，酒店工作人員非常熱情。酒店裝修很新，很上檔次，唯獨離市區比較遠。但是這個價錢也就在市區住個普通酒店。帶了小朋友，工作人員特地送上小童洗涑用品，非常貼心，這個在市區同等價錢的酒店沒有這種待遇。

酒店位置不錯，離西安北站15分鐘，離機場也就半個小時左右，附近都是商場，旁邊有個大型超市，購買物品很方便。酒店整體氛圍舒適，空間的香氛味道很好聞，禮賓客服態度都很好，客服管家安娜有求必應，及時補充了飲用水和咖啡，並且送來了乳膠枕頭。雙床房的佈局合理，還有沙發，茶几寫字桌配有枱燈，文具盒等小物品使用非常方便。房間是整體的商務淡灰色。給人的感覺很舒適，洗浴護膚都是大瓶的味道很好聞，用起來很方便。迷你吧軟飲不錯，咖啡膠囊出品很快，很穩定。浴缸出水很快，符合人體工學。房間裏拖鞋舒適，超過一般酒店普通拖鞋。

服務真的好棒呀 走的時候隨意拍一張 後面才發現大堂吧真的很不錯 適合服務招待談工作、服務人員態度也超級棒 尤其管家團隊的朱若楠確實不錯 開發票期間和我交談並安排了茶飲真的賓至如歸 不管是服務還是設備齊全沒得挑 我的評價就是太好了 真的很好點贊👍

這家北郊的酒店經常來住，最大的亮點就是服務真的非常好。每次衹要預訂完都會接到管家的電話詢問需不需要安排用車。酒店的所有服務員都特別熱情有禮會主動打招呼和拿行李，我一個大老爺們讓小姑娘幫忙拿包着實不好意思😂。這次來住房間有點冷打了客服馬上就送來了電暖器挺不錯的，值得推薦
