剛進房間，覺得裝修還是比較現代的。但是住了發現，體驗太差了。晚上11點左右開了空調製冷，設定22度，洗漱完發現室温29度，空調自動變成制熱模式。剛開始以為是誤碰了，重新調成製冷模式睡覺，結果半夜一點多直接熱醒，空調又變成制熱模式了。打電話向前台反映，前台來看了，找人拿梯子檢查了。當時人迷迷糊糊的，他説弄好了就以為真的修好了。結果早上起來一看，室外15度，室內27.4度，活生生的蒸籠。一整晚都沒睡踏實，太悶熱了。商家下次還是誠實點吧，咱可以協商加錢升級房間的，用不着這樣損人。

乾淨衞生整潔，出大雁塔地鐵C口，找到肯德基，一直往前走，就找到了。很方便。他們酒店正對着的就是，亞洲第一音樂噴泉。服務熱情。乾濕分離，小度管家，智能馬桶。早晨起來，有跳廣場舞的。可以鍛鍊身體。

房間冰箱有前房客未丟的垃圾，也未擺放礦泉水，馬桶有煙蒂灰。
2/18晚上前台的美女很熱情，看我們很晚了怕我們沒東西吃，從台灣來也沒有中國手機號碼，便主動幫我們叫**外賣，實在感謝。

三百多就住一晚這種不是人住的房，靠，小隔樓也搞一間房出來，唉，空調開一晚28度多還配了風扇，實在熱得不行，叫前台配了風扇，我去，花三百多窩在這樣的鳥籠。請不要拿出來租，太他們差勁了，窗是看到最頂層的一點瓦片，\遮住的，直接説無窗不行不，垃圾

非常滿意的住宿，衹要體現在三個方面。一是位置優越，出門即是噴泉廣場，大雁塔就在眼前，也是不夜城的北起始地，還是西安觀光巴士、輕軌的始發站，臨近大雁塔地鐵口，旅遊出行非常方便。二是條件不錯，有智能燈光，馬桶，床簾，影音，雖然房型有點緊湊，但在寸土寸金的景區這點還是可以理解的，大床寬敞舒適，一家三口出門很合適。有人説不太隔音，無外乎早上會被廣場大媽的擴音器吵醒，本來天就亮了，權當鬧鐘，如果旅遊還想睡懶覺的話，倒不如回家去睡。三是最重要的服務到位，接待熱情，打掃乾淨，早餐有粥牛奶有葷素菜有面點雞蛋，還有涼皮，有賓至如歸的感受。強力推薦！

酒店地理位置太讚了，坐在大堂就能觀看噴泉表演，出了大堂左手邊就是大雁塔，簡直不要太方便[勝利]。酒店是五一才開業的，全部設施都是智能化，房間也打掃的也特別乾淨、準備出門下樓的時候看到隔壁房間大姐在打掃，好奇的看了一眼，地面都是用沐浴露拖的，很乾凈也很安全、就是有點奢侈[偷笑]。店裡的早餐也很棒，都是西安的一些特色小吃，就是有點遺憾忘了拍照了。店裡的服務簡直是YYDS，走到哪裡都是笑臉相迎，主動打招呼，附近的景區、地鐵、小吃都是很耐心的給我們建議、講解，這個酒店簡直是貼心如家般的安逸。客房大姐也很熱情，在電梯裏碰到客房大姐，主動幫我把行李從電梯送到房間，下次有機會在去西安，首選還是這個酒店，姐妹們一定是良心五顆星推薦的！

交通很便利，離地鐵站很近，出門就是大雁塔北廣場噴泉，離大唐不夜城和大唐芙蓉園也很近，房間智能化，除了房間稍小，其他都很好，尤其前台小姐姐小哥哥很客氣也很熱心，總體很不錯，下次來還會回來～

這次入住體驗是我最差的一次，到酒店後説沒我們定的房間了，給我們升級到套房，正常來説是挺好的吧，房間給你升級了，但結果是套房的馬桶是壞的。第二天換回訂的景觀房，結果中午12點前台聯繫我們問為什麼不退房？？？我定的3晚的房間，第二天就要趕我們走了？
