老闆人很好。我到得太早，還沒有空的房間，就把東西放住處，去玩到下午回去，有空的房間了，打掃得很乾凈，平時也不會有人去打擾，房間的位置也好，透過窗户就能看到鼓樓，樓下就是鐘樓站，去哪都方便，距離大多數景點都近。第一次去西安，西安很美，超喜歡。

先後住過B座的鐘樓、壹號和本森，價格都差不多，本森綜合體驗最好。
服務：老闆們都很熱心，但是壹號公寓老闆開始熱情，等我到房間發現牆上全是腳印，牆磚都掉了，讓他換間房跟我説沒了，住了四天也沒人來修。本森老闆服務一流，回覆最及時，幾乎有求必應，期間快遞到了，京東快遞員找不到我，把我訓的一愣一愣的，還是本森老闆幫我説話，這棟樓買東西還是別選京東了。
衞生：本森=鐘樓》壹號
設施：本森床上額外有靠枕，比起鐘樓把洗漱用品放牀頭櫃導致沒法放隨身物品，還是本森把洗漱用品放電視桌上比較好，老闆確實用心了
衞生間熱水器淋浴，本森比鐘樓好一些，熱水持續時間比較長，還有淋浴頭透明那段裝的好像豆子😂，壹號是統一供熱水
最後就是要是有一次性鞋套那就更好了
