第一次遇到沒空調的酒店。第一晚住在12樓裝修味道太重。小朋友住第二天打噴嚏咳嗽，和大堂溝通換了19樓。入住沒有熱水，維修半小時。十二點小孩被熱醒。當天氣温31度，半夜空調面板顯示室温28.4。半夜四點詢問大堂，被告知空調已關，衹開了通風。臨近五一，拖家帶口我忍了，質問酒店被通知老闆不讓開衹有通風，外面二十幾度酒店房間就一扇窗户，洗完澡，屋內繼續保持27度～29度過了2天。五一感謝入住率，終於開空調***。還有這家酒店名字不對，外面寫的是銀朵，裏面是亞朵x。剛裝修的味道超重～親子就不要去了～

房間設施還行，不過浴室沒有專用拖鞋，停車場太小，基本10輛車就停滿了，車位過少，保安説走過一個街道還有停車場可以停，不過對於行李較多出遊旅客不太方便，且另一個地下停車場不醒目難找。酒店目前處於裝修階段，日間噪音較大，自我感受來説早上8點就開始施工了，睡不了懶覺，床睡起來還可以，空調也比較給力，總而言之下次會慎重選擇。

給來西安旅遊的親戚們訂的，一次訂了好幾間，據説部分樓層的房間比較老舊，第2晚住的是屬於亞朵酒店的還可以。

服務：入住各種類型酒店來，這是入住體驗最差的一次，從沒進門開始車不知道應該往哪裡停，沒有明顯的專門的指示牌。停到了酒店大門外面了之後，在告知服務人員要住酒店的情況下，兩名穿着黑色短袖的服務人員也不知道是不是酒店的保安，大聲説了兩句。不要在這兒停，不要在這兒停，然後車內同行的朋友下了車在前台辦入住。問詢前台服務生，車應該怎麼停？服務生又讓我們自己去找保安，我想請問保安穿什麼樣衣服？衣服上有寫保安倆字。怎麼讓我去找我們自己拿開了障礙的指示牌自己停了進去，保安相關人員又過來指責我們，説我們拿走了路障牌，簡直無語。自己進了酒店辦理入住，前台服務生明顯根本就不知道規範流程，我開始自己報了電話，後來他告訴我不需要報電話。衹需要拿身份證當我拿出身份證又讓我報電話，服務上面就是前前後後幾次需要和我統一。我感覺我是來上班兒的，都不是來住店的，給我進行了一次入店培訓。😂

衞生情況很差，直飲水設備的龍頭上灰塵嚇人，這估計不是一天落的吧？衞生間台盆堵了，入住太晚根本沒辦法處理……太失望了！
