This is a lovely homestay approximately 1to2 km from Terracotta Warrior Museum. The owner and her son were extremely friendly, helpful and assisting, even wiith limited English. Room was clean, neat and provided basic amenities. Food not catered for during the day, although a lovely rice and egg dish was offered when I asked for a light supper. Without transport it was not easy to access a restaurant or it was not communicated well. Local Breakfast can be taken at 10rmb. Owner kindly took me to museum.. Coming back was problematic as taxis did not want to take a short trip. After contacting the owner she kindly came to fetch me. I am grateful for the opportunity to stay there. It is a lovely place surrounded by pomegranite orchards, beautiful mountain and cave like area.

Nice family owned hotel near the terracotta warriors site. Woman owner drove us into to town to get dinner and drove us to the mausoleum in the morning. Rooms were spacious but bed was really hard. Offers breakfast. Good choice if you want to get there early

優點：老闆娘熱情、距離兵馬俑近、老闆娘送到兵馬俑景區、特色房、有早餐管飽、送水果、送禮物……（服務好很重要）
缺點：距離市區遠，打車大約20左右。
因為要帶兒子去兵馬俑，所以選擇了一個比較有特色的旅店，之前想選擇温泉酒店，但是距離兵馬俑還是有點遠。酒店説衹有900米，老闆把我們送到了兵馬俑參觀完之後，我們想嘗試一下走回來，其實還是挺遠的要走20分鐘的時間。老闆娘服務非常好，非常的熱情，把我們房間升級成為了我們的雙標準間的窯洞房。窯洞裏面感覺非常的涼快，西安很炎熱的西安也不會覺得特別悶熱。老闆娘給叫車到市區，如果想看長恨歌，司機可接，25一趟。也可以讓老闆娘給訂票，他會有旅行社的價格，包括各種景點門票。
巧合的是本來我們想報一天團的，我們報的團竟然中午就是在他們的酒店裡吃六小碗，幸好我們後來撤掉報團。老闆娘説他一個人忙不過來，就包給了旅行社，所以中午有很多的客人。
早餐1個人10塊錢，兩個小菜，雞蛋管飽，還有粥，個人覺得特別的好吃，兒子也很喜歡。

這次來西安，從起點就開始感受到西安人民的真誠與熱情。庭院的人不管是老闆還是工作人員服務都很周到客氣，幫忙提行李，不厭其煩地解答我們哪裡買兵馬俑 長恨歌等門票，怎麼出行方便。房間衞生也很好，安排了一次性浴巾 馬桶墊。庭院食堂的菜單，價格合適又好吃！很愉快的一次住宿

設施：非常新，窯洞很有亮點，後面百年窯洞是小朋友們體驗自做陶俑的小教室，雖然不能燒製，但是小朋友們親手做了陶俑帶回家還是很有新意的
衞生：很乾凈，床非常舒服，枕頭我非常喜歡，很少有酒店我會用他們的枕頭，但是這家民宿的枕頭卻非常舒服
環境：小院環境真的非常好，春雨過後空氣夾雜着泥土的氣息，非常清新舒暢
服務：贊贊贊，早餐孩子不能吃辣，老闆娘二話不説從新去炒了不辣的菜給我們，孩子第一次吃粉絲炒白菜，表示很喜歡。飯後老闆娘親自開車送我們去兵馬俑，我們參觀完，又去麗山接我們回小院，特別温馨。
作為民宿，服務堪比華清御湯，孩子們表示下次再看看兵馬俑，還會選擇他家。

出行一個月 這個寒假的最後一站 在兵馬俑這裏 住的特別滿意， 為我們這次旅行畫上完美句號，非常有特點的小院，老闆的服務態度好的不得了， 飯菜都給端到房間裏， 去兵馬俑車接車送，全程是笑臉相迎，來兵馬俑住宿的非常建議過來住。

老闆超級超級熱情，我家孩子都説服務太好了。屋裡都是地暖，超級舒服，老闆和老闆娘有求必應，有什麼需要，回覆都很快。早餐也不錯，份量很足，有雞蛋，小米粥，饃，攪拌菜，不夠可以加。住了2晚，第二天老闆親自開車送我們去兵馬俑
去的那天有雪，乾乾淨淨的。每次見到面都熱情打招呼，叫我們小心一點，別著涼，小孩不要滑倒。臨走前見到老闆家的兒子，除了帥氣，一樣熱情。很用心的一家，必須推薦
