Canopy by Hilton Xi'an Qujiang

The experience completely exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. After walking the entire length of the street, we were quite tired, so we really needed a convenient hotel like this to rest our feet. The hotel is located in the middle of the Everbright City street, making it very convenient to get to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Joy City! The breakfast was also very satisfying, with a rich variety. There were at least seven or eight kinds of freshly squeezed juices and four types of tea! And they even had stir-fries for breakfast, which I was very pleased with. I had the *shui盆牛肉* (beef stew) for three days straight; the beef was big and delicious 😋. Upon check-in, we received complimentary cocktails and snacks, which we could enjoy on the first floor in the evening – those peanuts were absolutely amazing… could you please tell me where to buy them, or are they homemade? The hotel's service is worth praising! Every staff member was very enthusiastic and perfectly resolved any issues we encountered. Next time I come to Xi'an, this will definitely be my go-to hotel again!

The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and delicious dishes, catering to diverse tastes. The location is very convenient for sightseeing, and overall, it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both short trips and longer vacations. We were exceptionally satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again for future visits. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Grand Tang Mall. The room was clean and bright, and the staff overall were excellent. The front desk, doormen, housekeepers, and restaurant service all left a great impression on me. I've stayed in many hotels, and it's rare to find staff who are consistently so enthusiastic about service. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with exquisite and delicious food, including fruits, drinks, coffee, salads, and local Xi'an noodle specialties. If I visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

This is a great spot for a guys' gaming night. The equipment runs smoothly, the room is spacious enough, and the soundproofing is decent. It's comfortable for both relaxing and gaming, offering excellent value for money.

Miss Moon was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling downtown area, making it easy to visit the lively attractions, yet it's still quiet. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the hygiene was reliable. Recommended.

Returned for another stay and it's still a five-star experience, mainly thanks to Miss Moon, the doorman, and the staff who helped with our luggage. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to our urgent needs. The hotel's location is still excellent! However, the overall hotel management is quite lacking. Room cleaning is still very slow, especially during peak occupancy. One of our two rooms wasn't ready until almost 6 PM! They claimed it was because both rooms were close together and being cleaned by the same staff member... We had to wait in the heat with our whole family... I won't go into other details!
