My first time to Xi'An, and the hotel was in an amazing location. Right across the street from the south side of the City walls, and a literal 2 minute walk from the metro station exit A.
Room was amazingly big, and heating was great. I personally prefer cooler weather so I just turned off the heater and opened the window to sleep.
Thanks to 小秦 for accommodating my late check out since my flight out was late at night.
10/10 would come back here if I was coming to Xi'an.

We are a bit disappointed. The reviews showed a very good hotel. But we didn’t find it as good as in the reviews.

- service good/okay
Negative
- shower not perfectly cleaned limescale deposits, bathtub overflow damaged.
- a dirty furniture
- loud refrigerator
- thin walls inside. Every door closure you hear perfectly…
We didn’t complained because we only stayed for sleeping.

不錯的一家酒店，跟家人一起到西安來玩，調了好多酒店，最終預訂了鉑金萬澳勝利飯店，房間面積很大從房間開外景也很漂亮，小孩也很喜歡在房子也能跑的開，前台小楊很熱情，推薦了酒店附近玩的和吃飯的地方，整體不錯😊

酒店位置特別好，出和平門地鐵站就是。可以看着城牆吃早餐。特別適合登城牆的人，過紅綠燈就是城牆公園，步行一段就可以登上城牆，或者去碑林博物館。
房間特別大，非常不錯的酒店。

整體感覺不錯，強烈推薦 交通便利，周圍環境安靜，真的是一個完美的休息之地。客房設施齊全，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，讓人感覺非常放鬆。浴室也非常乾淨，洗浴用品也是高品質的。服務人員非常友好和專業，讓我感到賓至如歸。他們總是微笑着提供幫助，讓我感到非常舒適。這裏的位置真的很好，離許多美食店和購物中心都很近，方便我們出行。總之，我非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍和服務
