Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

From the day we arrived YangFuMing met us with a smile and willingness to help us settle in. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were able to get around the city. The food was also very nice this morning for breakfast. We will definitely come back. Only suggestion is maybe clean the floors in room just a little more with a mop. But other than that the location and team are super.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The reception and Restaurant staffs were extremely helpful. Especial 小李was so patient waited for us at late night and re-arrange the room for us. Initially we felt the room was too small and didn’t like the room parked at a corner next to exit door. She was very helpful & patient showing us other room options for us to decide which to pick. We ended up having the most comfy and bigger room. Encountered numerous phone setting issues as it was our first Xian Trip using paperless payment on mobile. 任蒙 & 小李have been extremely patient assisted us with taxi / day tour arrangements. The top roof hotel views was amazing. Wish the roof top lights can stay a little later than 10.30pm because drinking session usually end much later than 10.30pm. However, our stay was absolutely relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staffs at the reception & restaurant! 一级棒!!!

The reception staff were friendly and check in was really easy and quick. The room is clean and modern. All amenities I required were available and the room was cleaned on time. The only issue was the elevator was not reliable and we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and after getting out we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to the room and then go back down to explore the city. Good experience overall besides the elevator encounter

The eldest sister also patiently introduced their features to me, which I really thought was very good. I also gave a souvenir after leaving the store. It's great, the experience is great, and the facilities and equipment are complete. There is a gym and laundry room, and the parking lot is very convenient. Main level laundry room for quick drying. I really like the smell of this laundry detergent that lasts a long time. I will really choose this hotel next time. This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Every single staff member was kind, professional and helpful. They are lovely people who made our stay so much better than we expected. The hotel room was spacious, modern and sound proof. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Not too hard and not too soft, and huge. Two armchairs and a separate day bed gave us plenty of room to relax in our room. The shower had excellent pressure. The projection TV was fantastic. This hotel is also incredibly good value for money. The only negative was people smoking downstairs near the meal area. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Xi’an.
