靠近廈門北站，交通便利（動車、公交、出租車、地鐵）樓下有吃飯一條街，生活便捷。電梯以及門衞設施好，房東也蠻熱情的。這邊小區的樓房好像大部分是小複式設計的，我們住的是複式下面兩房一廳，上面是兩個單間。這樣設計的話住在下面的話比較考驗樓上旅客的素質，要是他動靜比較大的話就有點尷尬了😂民宿窗户靠馬路，不過我們房間的話，面朝右邊的客房會比左邊的安靜一點。

房間非常適合親子旅行，兩室一廳，有餐桌，孩子寫作業、吃飯非常方便，房間設施也很好，很乾凈，毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，非常乾淨。房東也很好，特別熱情，樓下飯店、葯店、超市應有盡有，非常方便。小區環境也很好，保安人都在超級好。非常好的入住體驗

交通便利，距離北站很近，走路五分鐘左右，老闆娘英姐非常熱情，人也很好説話，很大方，有求必應，很舒服，她自己也有開小飯店，味道不錯的，以後衹要過來這邊就住這裏啦
