裝修和設備都是新的公寓，就是比較簡易，質感質量一般，隔音賊差，後面是學校，早晚很吵，然後新裝修的味道很大

房間很大，設備都是新的很不錯，wifi速度也很快好評！下樓就有公交車站，騎電動車5分鐘到地鐵也還錯。
