Great hotel with amazing service. I stayed for one week and the room was very clean. During my stay there was a typhoon and the staff was amazing to help with all information and safety precautions. I felt very welcomed through the whole time. Even the cleaning and security staff are all very friendly. The location is okay, walking distance to restaurants and SM Mall, but not close to Metro Station. Anyway Taxi can get you around Xiamen quite fast.

This hotel is good for sleeping if you have a flight in the morning. Close to the airport. I liked the lighting options and the room is very big. Breakfast was a little oily but okay. I like that the robot brought me my food order to my door. That is cool and convenient. Only concern is that the room is a bit sexually suggestive, there was even a complimentary condom on the side table :/

房間乾淨整潔衞生，服務態度好，門口交通便捷，晚上集市熱鬧，燒烤好吃，設施新，房間裏通風良好，空調系統很不錯，適合親子出行、情侶約會等多種出行方式。

房間很大，乾淨整潔，我們訂的親子房，入住還有小朋友愛吃的小零食，並且房間冰箱裏也有免費的飲料食品提供，非常友好。早餐也很豐盛。最關鍵的是，這裏的工作人員服務很貼心到位，總之，下次來我還會再次選擇，性價比之王！

房間乾淨整潔 前台服務特別好 特別是嘉瑤小姐姐 非常熱情！ 性價比高 比某些酒店好很多 淋浴房有護髮素 這點是我覺得很貼心的 因為有些酒店是沒有的 礦泉水也擺放了四瓶 還有咖啡 一次性杯子 乾淨衞生 下次入住酒店我還是會選擇外島！

選擇酒店而非民宿的原因是酒店的服務衞生有保障，從攜程預訂成功後很驚喜可以十點就辦入住，和我前一天需要換酒店到這家放好行李再出門遊玩完美銜接上，可是九點四十五到了酒店到了酒店酒店告知沒有打掃出來要等一個多小時，我們着急去鼓浪嶼坐船衹能沒辦入住行李寄存了晚上才辦的入住（而且酒店也沒有問我們一大一小鼓浪嶼特色項目，我自己提前買了票也沒有跟酒店要，所以協和“特色項目”可以不標註的）。房間環境可以的，這個價位我表示肯定。預訂時候電話諮詢過是否有一次性浴缸套説有的，辦入住的時候我又詢問前台前台也説有的，進了房間找了一圈沒有又打電話給前台前台才送來。外賣由工作人員送到門口，小件由機器人送，很方便。第二天出門按了請即打掃的燈，下午四點回酒店打開門發現房間沒有打掃，我還把毛巾都收在了一起，外賣也都收進袋子放一起，在環島路擠了一下午回到酒店看到這一幕真的心情不太好，打掃的阿姨來了之後我們也衹是要求她把洗漱用品更換一下垃圾收走就了事了。總體來説酒店肯定是比民宿要好，但是沒打掃這事算是酒店附送的“驚喜”項目吧。

之前住過別的城市的外島，各個方面都還挺好的，所以這次廈門也選了外島，沒想到廈門的外島是真的挺令人糟心的。
首先入住的當天門就一直隔幾分鐘發出滴滴的聲音，聯繫前台以後工程維修的師傅就上來調試，問説什麼原因導致，説是可能沒電了，修完當下暫時沒了聲音，到了晚上又開始滴滴滴的響，真的非常影響睡眠。
其次酒店的空調風暖非常非常的吵，而且一開始打開還不是暖風，是需要工作人員上來調試到暖風才有暖氣的。我即使來到靜音的風速，空調的噪音也是非常非常的大，衹能提前將風暖調到最熱，睡覺的時候關掉，不然炒的沒辦法睡覺。
再一個就是不知道是不是因為房間太潮濕，一直有黑色的小飛蟲出現，我用手就打死了3.4隻，而且廁所下水道的反味相當嚴重，如果不把馬桶蓋下去，真的是會臭吐的。
最後一個令人不滿意的就是早餐，品種非常少，還要35一個人。菜的保温很差，幾乎都是涼的，煎蛋的邊不知道是不是因為放了太久，硬的像塑料一樣。水果的小橘子拿了三個三個都是爛的。粥衹有白粥和燕麥可以選，麪線糊的鍋是空的，沒有上東西。而且裝食物的盤子很臟。
總結就是廈門的外島真的從各方面講都差強人意了，而且我還是選擇的攜程高檔酒店排行第一，看到是外島我才選的。這種品質的話真的配不上這個排名吧。也愧對外島的名聲了，確實是很失望很失望的一次入住。

衞生：床上都是毛髮，特別是枕頭底下毛髮一堆，第一次住酒店能在床上發現這麼多頭髮的。是不更換床套枕頭套嗎？
