I requested a late checkout as my partner and I was arriving late and this was accepted by the hotel. Very happy about this as it allowed us to get some well-needed sleep after our long travels - great experience!

Location is great, food is all around. Apart from occasional cigarette smell there's this bang and noise along the corridor by drunk guest. Luckily this only happens 2 times throughout my 9 nights there. Overall still a decent good place to stay in.

Can be very confusing to find the hotel as it’s located inside another hotel. But very friendly and helpful staff. Good location to travel all around Xiamen.

大年初三去的，廈門當時氣温直逼30度，然後酒店房間內部温度也是30度，問就是中央空調衹能制熱，不讓製冷，酒店大堂温度涼爽，讓我們住着價格比平日高出兩三倍的房間，然後遊玩一天後在房間裏面蒸桑拿，住了兩天，期間來回前台數次，都看見一層的客房都開着門，一個個都喊着熱死了，問前台就是説不行，衹能關閉空調，要把人活活悶死在房間裏。然後就是房間的衞生，入住之前就問了有沒有空的打掃好的客房，特地問了，也給我們安排了打掃好的房間，進去就發現其中一個枕頭下面還有清晰可見的血印，噁心至極，然後毛巾架也是，洗好的毛巾掛上去就給我掉下來，質量也太糟糕了

我不會去亂評價一個酒店，也沒有空去打字評價一家酒店，事情是這樣，5月27日晚上11：00多我已在房間床上準備休息，突然有開門的聲音，我也沒太在意，結果門打開了，進來了2個陌生人，看到我在裏面，説不好意思不好意思，我也莫明其妙第一次住酒店遇到這種事情，我馬上座機打電話給前台，結果座機好像沒有用沒人接，我也沒住的心情了，我收拾下樓去和前台諮詢怎麼處理這個事件，結果前台衹有不好意思我們可能開錯房間，衹有這樣？這就是巢庭酒店的服務 售後嗎？值班經理也沒能聯繫到，我真不知道這種酒店何來的信譽？就簡單的把房一退，不好意思沒了？

五一出行 酒店都很貴 在資金可以承受範圍內 定的這個酒店最後一間房 沒有窗户的 沒有去酒店之前一直擔心會不會不好 去之後才放心 體驗感很好 酒店很乾凈 交通吃飯都很方便 700米就可以到地鐵站 然後距離景點也近 出行方便☺️
出門左邊跟直行都有很多吃的呢
衞生：乾淨
環境：乾淨 舒服
設施：基礎設施也不錯 該有的都有 （酒店電視真的好大）好喜歡😘推薦定購
