I stayed for several nights in a row and I have to praise the front desk staff at Pullman Xiamen Powerlong for their warm and thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about local transportation and dining options. Throughout my stay, they were always gentle and polite, and promptly helped with any requests I had, never being dismissive. The lobby is clean and grand, and the service is professional and attentive. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay, and it offers great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Xiamen, and I'll choose Pullman again next time I'm here.
