Booked the 1 Bedroom Suite, room is big with separate bedroom and living room. The suite comes with complimentary daily afternoon tea at the 25 floor Lounge, service at the lounge were superb, with staffs able to address the guests by their names. Jamie, were very friendly and she helped me to arrange the courier service to deliver a package, thanks Jamie. This is my 2nd stay at the Langham in the last 3 months. Both experiences were good. The Langham has been my hotel of choice whenever I visit Xiamen.

I will re-evaluate the hotel. The environment, service and catering are very good. The waiters have great attitude. They greet me warmly when we meet. If there is something left behind after check-out, I will call you immediately. The minibar is rich in food, so you don't need to prepare snacks and water yourself during your stay. Potato chips, Snickers, Coke, Sprite, beer and orange juice drinks are replenished in time every day. Mineral water is not like two bottles in ordinary hotels, but five bottles. If there is less, it is replenished. There is also homemade bottled tea for self-service at the front desk. Afternoon tea snacks are also delivered every afternoon (I don’t know if it was hot weather or too busy during the Spring Festival during the few days we stayed. Most of the products delivered were purchased products such as milk and pineapple cakes. It is a pity that there are no homemade desserts as seen in other reviews. Because the hotel's desserts are so good! Looking at the ordinary cupcakes and puddings, the taste is better than that of many specialized cake shops, and the ice cream is better than that of many buffet restaurants. The pool and spa area is absolutely stunning. The restaurants provide you all day with delicious food and drinks. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Jude made our stay very special - he welcomed us very kindly and fulfilled all our little wishes during our stay. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s a quiet oasis in beautiful Xiamen.

But what stands out is the quality of the service, kind, efficient, anticipatory of needs without being overbearing. By far one of the best service experiences we have ever had. The indoor pool is for laps more than fun, but the hot tub is nice and the yoga room is great. Outdoor pools are connected to a nearby water park and not actually party of the hotel, fyi.
