房間呢大概對外宣傳拿廣角鏡拍的，實際走進去很壓抑，像是假的開元，因為參加馬拉松，希望能延遲早餐時間，告知衹是提早半個小時，不能延後。其次房間走進去一股黴味，浴室洗澡水漏到門口，沙發上斑斑點點，很臟，茶几上的斑漬讓人質疑他的衞生，洗臉池邊上的牆壁有類似污垢，馬桶墊上有膠質的污垢，一言難盡

設施：房間的整體裝修風格還不錯。比較適合情侶出行～浴室衞生間的門都是透明的，私密性不是太友好。
環境：酒店環境不錯，周圍有便利店和商場。
衞生：衞生間的馬桶有點臟，還以為是沒沖水呢。結果底下就是發黃。建議酒店還是使用除垢的清潔劑清潔乾淨，畢竟這個價位的酒店也不算便宜，希望能夠有個乾淨的衞生間不是太過份的要求吧。
浴室和衞生間的角落感覺都不是太乾淨，感覺就是清水擦擦。藏污納垢的都沒有重點去清。
二樓的浴缸裏有毛髮沒有清除。還好自帶了一次性浴缸套。
着重要説一下冰箱，打開發現還有上一個客人留下的餐食，感覺像是壞了。拿出來的時候弄的手上都是水，冰箱裏也有水，感受很不好。請前台處理，很快阿姨就來了，拍照發羣內部問責。由於我們趕時間出門就請阿姨打掃完幫我們把門關好。回來的時候發現冰箱裏那灘水依然在。所以我到底是請你們來拍照還是來打掃呢？！

酒店地理位置很好、在客運東站附近、飛機大巴過來很方便、再説説酒店內部、設施還是比較齊全的、還有機器人送餐、早餐的種類也很豐富、前台小陳給升級了房型、房間很大、出差首選、樓下辦公樓上休息！很有特點、員工的服務都很熱情！

服務：初五自駕遊的第一站，中轉，過年期間城市裡都不太熱鬧，前台的帥哥還是很熱情的，有問題及時解決了，還送了甜甜的橘子。
衞生：還可以，第一間房我不滿意，和前台溝通了也幫我解決了
環境：樓下就是商場和車站，我兒子光公交車就可以看半天
設施：選擇這一家也是為了滿足娃住一下複式房，適合兩家人，很寬敞好好玩。但是因為有一段共用窗户，隔音不好。樓下的衞生間和客廳相連，會漏水，換了間好一點。
大廳圍欄裏的小童遊樂區有汪汪隊總部，太招人稀罕了，導致於我家小朋友後面每一天都要求要住開元

第二次入住了，帶一家人春節期間連住3晚。給免費升級了帶浴缸的曼享房型，小孩很喜歡，説以後還想住。即使在春節期間，酒店前台服務很到位，早餐也還算豐富，衹不過後麪一天入住人多了，位置都坐不下了，建議可以擴大一下早餐座位。
