臨時出行預訂的，感覺一般，和網上的圖片有些差距，床頭地毯發黴了，普通的經濟型連鎖酒店，價格在這裏，也不能要求很高

因為要提前入住還是有很積極的在打掃衞生，但是中午睡了一覺下午出去辦完事回來進房有一股很濃的汗臭味，而且地上感覺也清理的不太乾淨，沐浴的是洗漱包裏面的感覺分量有點少。在反映了空調的問題之後前台姐姐過了一段時間是有來追問效果有否改善的，服務態度還是不錯。

還不錯，房間對着外面景色也不錯，電視屏幕很大，可以坐3路公交晚上去江邊坐坐。衹是美中不足，房間wifi信號不是很好，因為我看電視蹭的是樓上的wifi。

房間空間比較大，乾淨且簡潔，房間東西擺放不多，但每一種都沒恰到好處，對於我這種比較注重個人私隱的人而言，不得不點個贊。位置處於高層，視野極佳，前台客服人員服務也非常熱情，下次來湘潭，還會選擇該酒店。住過不少酒店，這是為數不多自己較為滿意的。

前台服務態度很好很滿意，有什麼需求打電話都很耐心的滿足，還貼心的升級了大電視房間，兒子很開心，第一天有打掃房間，第二天沒有打掃有點失落，隔音效果有待提升😅
