北城万豪大酒店

On the return trip due to the epidemic, I avoided Changsha and chose this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us about the nearby attractions worth visiting, which was very considerate! After returning to the hotel after dinner, I found that the wheel on the bedside was broken. I called the front desk. A staff member came up to check and notified the repairman to repair it. I thought that only one wheel was broken. When it broke, the master went to get the wheels and repaired them again. He didn't have any impatience during the whole process. After the repairs, he helped to make the bed together! In the morning, the staff also reminded us that adding a little chili would make it more delicious! The service experienced during the whole process is very good! The only shortcoming is that the hotel's carpets have some cigarette holes in the carpets because residents can smoke, which affects the overall hygiene!

The hotel is newly renovated, spacious, and the location is very good. There is complimentary breakfast, the hotel’s sanitary conditions are very good, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. If you have anything to do, you can also discuss late check-out, which is very user-friendly.

房型不錯，也挺安靜，自有的停車場停車很方便，總體不錯，值得推薦，前台態度也很好，幫忙收快遞，洗衣服。

環境非常不錯，經常住這裏，應該説是湘鄉性價比最好的酒店。😁

房間還行，就是晚上樓下ktv太吵了，還有就是現在都2023了，這店老闆還停留在想坑人的時代就有點過分了，茶葉包來個隱性消費，不知道是怎麼想的！為了幾塊錢把大意中招的客户得罪了。工作人員很好，所以該好評還是好評！

環境很好，前台服務態度非常好。我們訂房看錯了日期，也讓我們順利入住了，還送了早餐券。房間面積很大，乾淨整潔。停車方便，門口就有停車場。
