設施：設施齊全，除了常見的插座熱水壺拖鞋等等，還提供了一次性馬桶墊（๑ت๑）
衞生：衞生做的非常到位，中午之前會進行清潔打掃，還會用消毒水洗廁所。
環境：給我的感覺就是很像民宿，很温馨，房間也很亮堂。另外樓下有很多餐飲店，吃東西的話很方便。反正除了隔音不是很好外其它各方便都很ok，不過對於我這種累了倒頭就睡的人來説，這不是啥問題。
服務：尊滴很不錯，因為我是來這邊考試的，身上帶了個行李箱，拖去考場感覺不是很方便，就問老闆娘可不可以晚一點退房，老闆娘知道我的情況後直接説東西可以放這等到你考完再回來拿，當時我真的是又驚又喜，原本都已經做好了中午回來把行李箱再拖過去的準備了，這下直接把我的後顧之憂解決了。老闆娘真是人美心善，真的非常非常感謝您！另外我一開始都不知道我的平板電容筆掉在房間了，如果不是打掃衞生的阿姨及時發現並放進了我的袋子裏，我可能得回到家才發現，給阿姨瘋狂點贊！

環境：還是挺滿意的，進門無異味，直觀感受是整潔。廁所馬桶無污漬，地面乾淨無頭髮等。
設施：有電視、空調（電視有點小，空調比較舊但是製冷還是很可以！），沙發（有點污漬），桌板，馬桶墊浴帽等一次性衞生用品齊全，有吹風機。
服務：老闆人很好！看我提的行李多，問我要不要幫提上去！我們住了五個晚上應該，每天都會有人打掃，當然不需要打掃的時候除外。
交通出行：下樓應該就是小吃街吧！完全不用擔心夜宵！超市的照片也是我凌晨一點拍的，還開着呢。出行不用走多遠就有公交站，離各個景區也都不算遠我覺得，都是搭公交去的。樓下吃的真的很多，牛肉麪，烤魚，美蛙魚，燒烤，奶茶（蜜雪冰城，coco），再走遠些還有絕味鴨脖，別的不説，反正外賣肯定不用點（˵¯͒〰¯͒˵）
整體評價：我覺得很好！！
