五一小長假前，和家人自駕山西旅遊7天，除五台山入住漢庭外，太原住麗楓萬象城兩晚、大同高鐵站麗楓酒店兩晚、長治麗楓襄垣東湖店一晚，三個城市的麗楓酒店均乾淨、衞生，早餐很豐富，設施智能化，床品舒服，此次旅途性價比超高的選擇。

房間乾淨整潔，配有智能馬桶，停車就停酒店門口，很方便，酒店位置很好，每間房都能看到美麗的湖景，酒店餐廳吃飯也很不錯，值得推薦！

房間非常乾淨整潔舒適，安靜不吵不鬧，附近吃飯方便，早餐味道不錯，花樣多，早上起床還能沿着東湖跑步，出行方便，熱水充足，床墊軟硬合適，下次來襄垣還會繼續入住麗楓

凌晨五點吵的不讓人睡覺，打電話給前台前台説去核實就再也沒音訊了，然後我聯繫攜程退款，説是房費退了按金不給退，態度很差，房費到現在我都沒收到，這處理方式真的很差，衹説不幹，錄音了吵的聲音這裏發不出來，説我中午才申請，早上我就申請了

7月18日凌晨3：30入住，洗澡時發現洗髮水瓶子夾着不明毛髮，且洗護沐幾乎都是半瓶狀態。
睡醒後發現枕套上兩點血漬，色深且乾涸很久的狀態，本人臉部並無出血，確認不是本人的。
退房時將夾着毛髮的洗髮水瓶交給前台，並説明情況，本人需要經濟補償，因為我及公司員工常住麗楓，希望管理重視衞生及服務品質，告知前台要將問題上報管理層，並打我電話致歉。很遺憾，等了一天，並未接到來電。
做房衞生狀況出問題，管理差，危機公關差，很失望！

週六晚上入住，想着週日睡個懶覺，結果這個酒店大週日早上八點多開始裝修，簡直一個大無語。給前台打電話，前台説酒店在施工，中午會休息一會，真是搞不懂。中午顧客都要退房了，他休息了。早上都睡覺呢，他施工。花錢本來想圖個平靜，結果花錢住了個工地。説經理上樓查看了一會給回覆。半小時以後，回電話説給調個房間吧。我瘋了大早上起來換房間，明知道第二天要施工還給我安排這個樓層，現在我打電話了才説換了吧，真是無法形容。網上訂過買過很多東西，但從來沒評價過，更沒給過差評，這次真是忍不了了。
