春節去霞浦旅遊酒店訂的晚了沒什麼可選擇的了，找到這家民宿價格在春節期間還算可以也不是特別的貴看點評也不錯新裝修的，確實挺好的停車也方便有自帶的停車場乾淨衞生，還包含早餐，房間也很乾凈除了離縣城有點距離其他都很好，老闆娘也很熱情

老闆非常熱情好客，讓人真的有賓至如歸的感覺，就像住在一個老朋友家裡因為臨近假期尾聲，老闆給升級了房間，感覺很好，房間也很乾凈，讓人很舒服，送了歡迎水果，門口就可以看到白鷺。寵物友好酒店，這點超級棒，會推薦給身邊的朋友，祝老闆生意興隆

別有洞天的精緻民宿，老闆對房間的整體設計把控非常到位，處處體現出高雅品味和中國文化元素，細節之處彰顯功力，就算是一份平常早餐也因為如此精緻擺盤而變得充滿高級感，老闆和老闆夫人還有親戚態度和藹熱情，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，民宿的標準完全是高檔酒店的規格，用的牙具毛巾等質感好評，完全不輸中高端酒店。總之如果你是一個愛自然愛生活喜歡中國文化有品味的遊客，定會愛上這家耕讀小院。

非常滿意的入住，推薦！
民宿旁邊就是專屬停車場，停車非常方便。
民宿的兩位姐姐人很好，對於遊玩攻略可以直接和他們聊。乾淨而且衞生，上房間需要換拖鞋。

屋外有很大一片綠地和停車場，民宿位置往東海一號線和進霞浦縣城都很方便。老闆很熱情，房間裏會放攝影地圖，入住茶點，可在樓下的茶室品茶，感受霞浦風情，入住感覺很放鬆。推薦推薦；早餐有不錯，品嚐到了霞浦特色的蝦米。

設施：有一個自己的停車場，邊上種滿了向日葵，對面有數棵棲息成羣白鷺的樹木，傍晚時分特別美麗。房間裏設備也很齊全，電吹風是速乾的。
衞生：每天都有打掃衞生，每個角落裡都很乾凈，整理得比酒店還清楚。
環境：面朝大海，春暖花開的感覺。落地窗的對面就是大海。位置在霞浦的中間，到南北的景區都方便，進城大約8-9分鐘。
服務：早餐很清楚，每天都有清粥和小菜，還有豆漿和點心。房間裏的歡迎水果和點心也很好吃，看起來很用心。晾曬衣服也很方便，出去玩碰到大雨，老闆很貼心的提前幫我們收起來。
總之，是一家很值得推薦的酒店，跟着導航從大橋右拐以後，第一個路口左拐，路上地面有一個反光插牌。

老闆人非常好，非常熱情，！！！停車方便，因為和老婆兩個一天走了好多地方，忘記拍房間圖片！我們住的是下尾島間，房間乾淨整潔，有個大的落地窗晚上可以看到一段霞浦網紅路，白天可以看到外面的小花園！照片拍了他們家一樓的！非常值得推薦的！！！！Ps~謝謝老闆娘的糖糕😋

裝修令人眼前一亮，由於比較新，周圍環境有待改善，但這人家有自留停車場，有自種蔬果，同時，在旁邊山上，就是網紅的網格日出拍攝點，如果不願意外出，在房間也可以拍日出，衹是位置比較低，拍的網格有點少。老闆一家人服務很好，喝茶聊天很寫意。適合三五知己過去小聚。酒店本身還帶KALAOK，衹是時間關係，沒來得及試試。
