我對這家酒店的住宿體驗非常失望。房間的衞生狀況很差，床單和毛巾都很舊，洗手間也很臟。床單都是破的！酒店的設施也很老舊，床墊也很不舒適，硬的無法入睡，空調也無法調節温度。隔音效果差到離譜，門外的人在走廊説話，感覺我自己沒關門一樣，聽的一清二楚。
唯一好的一點就是服務人員的態度還算熱情～

被套，床單破損，馬桶蓋是一塊瓷磚，淋浴房玻璃上和地上全是水垢和污垢，換氣扇無法正常使用而且快掉下來了，陳設十分老舊，這還5百多一間團購的，真是年年當一當，噹噹不一樣！

跟商家提供的圖片相差巨大。春節期間價格暴漲不説，且設施衞生各方面都很差。一種上當受騙的感覺。體驗感極差。

我定的總統套房？？？！簡直是離離原上譜，建議網友千萬千萬別信他的好評，絕對是自己刷的，臟亂差！空調是個擺設，衞生噁心人，桌椅板凳全是一層灰，所有裝修陳設都很low，沒法下腳，我的天，主要是太太太累了，還帶着很多行李和孩子，去地下停車場停的車，地下停車場巨小又黑，感覺很危險，電梯也是破破爛爛，去了房間我看看我定的是全酒店最高檔的總統套房，可能衹能當四五六縣城那種四五十塊錢的雞毛店，我勸老闆趕緊關門，不要坑人了，真的是人生住酒店以來最噁心坑人的一次。

房間太老舊，衞生也差，花灑都是壞的，特大床就是2張1.1的床拼在一起上面再放一個薄床墊，被子也是隨意疊在一堆。溢價嚴重，雖然是過節，但是是平時的3倍價格，真是大坑。

環境 、衞生條件太差了！浴缸直接起污垢！馬桶上面污垢堆積！沙發座上去感覺都是灰塵！整個房間都是潮濕發黴的味道！環境太差了！

這個酒店位置倒是不錯的，房間寬大，附近環境很好，價格划算，外觀大氣，是四星際酒店的雙通道雙電梯，服務態度也很好。唯一的不足就是地下停車場有點小，我們一羣人回成都，中途道路結冰又返回西昌，來到元園酒店已經晚上11點多了，地下停車場早就沒有車位了，酒店右手邊的工商銀行門口都停滿了，左手邊也滿滿當當停了十幾輛車，搞得又累又餓的我還為停車發愁，問了保安才知道200米開外有停車場，酒店報停車費，早知道這樣直接開去收費停車場，停車費自己出也無所謂，早點吃飯睡覺他不香麼？還好熱水比較大，沖了一個澡就不困了。
