前台服務十分惡掠，一副來了你就該上當，不服你就別來的架勢，一樓二樓原來是KTV，可能是沒幹好，衹有前台在一個包間放了很大聲的音樂，特價雙人間在五樓，沒有電梯，為了省點力氣多花五元訂了個三樓的大床房，電視不能看，讓看自己手機，自己房間的wifi信號還不如隔壁房間的強，説是衹有經理會調電視，經理還不在當地，沒人會調，在我的強烈堅持下上來調了一下沒調好，後來因為洗澡花灑不漏水沒法洗澡同意給換一個房間，可是大床房得上四樓，而且不保證能看電視能洗澡，要麼就選三樓的標間，讓自己去看能不能洗澡，試了一下花灑到是噴水可以，可是**熱水器燒了一個晚上才43度，照樣洗不了澡，電視壞的更徹底，都打不開，房間沒有一次性拖鞋，擺放的拖鞋臟的很，沒有免費的礦泉水，水龍頭往右擰是熱水，就床頭一個插座，還滿屋子略質木頭的味道，大冬天開了好一會兒窗户才好一些。
