It's really a disgusting hotel room. The smell is mouldy and stale. As a foreign guest I'm really disappointed. The pillows smell unclean, the towels smell unclean. Seems like a rent by the hour kind of room. Do not recommend to other foreigners.

第一次住酒店沒有空調的、西寧晚上温度25左右、室內可能更高、太熱了、訂的時候沒有注意到是沒有空調的、後面熱的受不了、找前台送了電風扇、講真第一次住酒店吹風扇的、好像西寧很多酒店都沒有空調、大家訂之前看看清楚

就是説體驗感極差！剛進去打算喝口水發現礦泉水是被人喝過的半瓶水，雖然前台寫了道歉信並重新放了四瓶水，但我覺得酒店出現這樣的問題還是不應該，實在無法細想其它的衞生狀況，離店的時候整棟樓停電了……一停兩個多小時我們爬樓梯上去取了東西下來，樓道連個消防燈沒有，結果依然出不去地下停車場，一個備用電源都沒有嗎？

我是遊客，5月9號從茫崖返回西寧入住那朵1202號房間。進去洗手沒有洗手液，要聯繫前台發現電話是壞的，要充電發現不間斷電源的USB口鬆動且沒電。衹能用自己的手機聯繫前台，第一次碰到這種情況。前台知道後衹有沒用的道歉，難道就不能馬上給我換個房間嗎？服務意識相當差。晚上床頭右邊的閲讀燈不亮，衞生間馬桶位置不知道是哪個**設計的，坐下去很容易撞到頭，見圖。距離一千公里的茫崖當地酒店都比那朵好。像樣的點就是床單和被子挺乾淨舒服，早餐的雞蛋不錯

酒店位置很好，離莫家街較近，周圍設施齊全。
吃飯方便。
前台小姐姐很貼心，服務很好，樓層服務員態度也很好，總體來説這家酒店，各方面都很不錯，值得體驗。
唯一不足:酒店的早餐實在太一般了。
