We had a wonderful experience at the Luxery Blue Hotel. The decore is beautiful and the place is clean. The staff is professional and responsive. Manger William ensured our stay was comfortable and he continually went above and beyond what was required to ensure we had the best stay possible. He helped print off our documents for our next trip, and even helped us get our forgotten passport to the train station just in time. The room sat at 25 degrees the whole time, despite setting the thermostat at 21. The room temperature was a bit stifling so we had to keep the window open, which allowed a lot of traffic noise in. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel.
