因住過，當時感覺還不錯，故再次選擇，可這次感覺完全不對了，一進酒店大門，無人接待，前台好幾個人，也沒有客人辦手續，確都不抬頭，沒人打招呼，房間衞生打掃得也不乾淨，地面還有客人掉落的東西。離店時行李無人管，都是自己取車，自己搬運，自己裝車，自己放還車，無人問津，前台2位連招呼都不打，忙也不幫，總體感覺冷冰冰，沒有賓至如歸的感受，很失望。

房間寬敞整潔，設施齊全，佈局雅緻，服務上心。入住後感覺寧靜、舒適。建議把閑置的茶吧免費或租借提供服務，運用起來，推薦引導旅客品鑒茶點。無論是提高入住率還是推銷信陽毛尖品牌都是很好的！下次到信陽還住這裏，屆時但願能品嚐到正宗的信陽毛尖！

自駕遊返京入住一家酒店，非常奈斯，硬件設施非常好，服務水平高，（毛尖酒店）信陽的名片，留下了非常美好的印象。早餐不錯，特別是酒店的細節設計，非常到位，強烈推薦，下次來信陽，必須選擇（毛尖酒店）。

酒店很好，很乾凈，裝修簡潔大方，進去給人很舒服的感受，包括房間內，色調清新淡雅，空間大，衞生間部分設計也很合理。再説服務，這麼多年住酒店這是我感受服務最好的一次，我們兩個大人帶兩個小孩，有一個需要抱，入住的時候門口的小哥哥幫我們把需要手拎的大包行李一直送到房間，孩子不小心把被子打濕了，客房服務員送被子來的時候也是笑容滿面邊幹活邊道歉，説是不好意思送晚了，沒有不耐煩，自助早餐雖然種類不多，但日常吃的都有，寶寶一直要吃橙子我不好意思去拿讓她自己找阿姨，對待孩子的服務也很得體。總之，這次的旅行很滿意，重點就是我可們選對了一個酒店

我們訂了三間房。
信陽毛尖有名氣，所以選擇了信陽毛尖酒店，第一次來信陽，清爽清亮的酒店大堂，清香的味道，感覺選對了酒店。接待美女幫我們拿東西，感謝🙏🏻
酒店乾淨衞生，房間很大，設施很好，床品都很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，都是智能的。停車方便。
酒店早餐簡單了一點，但是中規中矩，不錯。
由於有特殊情況，提前離店，酒店給我們提供了方便，辦理的非常順利。提出一點，前台接待人員，主動熱情一點，不高興的樣子要改進。
非常感謝攜程，用了很多年的攜程，每次都是盡善盡美的給與滿意的服務！
