房間空間比較大，乾淨整潔無異味，而且很安靜一點也不吵，我們本來是要在第二天坐火車的，離火車站也很近，不到10分鐘時間就到了，一次滿意的住宿

來信陽小玩兩天，住的這家漢庭還不錯，房間很大，很乾凈，還有陽台，位置也很方便，騎車幾分鐘就能去盆景園吃早餐，離火車站也很近。

投訴 河南信陽市溮河區新華西路164號漢庭酒店 我於2023.12.29日晚入住該酒店 年齡：60 由於本店衹有一次性拖鞋 沒有洗澡用的拖鞋 導致我在衞生間洗澡時滑倒 出事後我通知前台 説晚上去醫院太麻煩 ！讓我第二天再去 當時我已經頭部腫起大包 渾身顫抖 年齡大的住客一定不要一個人住該酒店 這次不是因為親人及時趕來 跟酒店要個説法 他們第二天都不一定出現 事情發生後也沒有及時叫120送我就醫 而是聯繫領導 一個半小時後店長才到 開車送我去信陽市中心醫院看病 檢查結果腦部外傷 尾骨骨裂 腳上也有擦傷 這次住店給我造成身體傷害 以及生活和工作的不便 而且後續問題解決 店長態度相當強勢 有事第一個想到的就是推脱責任 每次都是強烈反對後才打電話給上面的人 讓我感覺店大欺客 作為受害者我提醒大家 入住需謹慎 做為商家必須給客人一個沒有安全隱患住宿環境有所以我必須給個差評 不讓悲劇再次發生
