酒店位置不錯，周邊道路寬敞便利，距古城開車8公里。硬件很好，服務更好，餐廳的孔姓、張姓服務員特別熱情周到，我們下午2點左右去餐廳吃飯，她們應該下班休息了，但還是讓我們吃到了可口的飯菜，還送了點心、水果、南瓜粥，待客人如家人，真感謝她們！早餐也不錯，菜品豐富，做工細，味道好，客人多時補菜及時。最後提一點小小的建議：廁所晚間的感應燈自動打開卻需要手動關閉，否則一直亮着；浴室的花灑不好用，水流太細。總之還要給酒店好評，因為這一天吃的開心，玩的盡興，睡的舒服，從此喜歡上忻州。

來山西的第一個晚上，滿懷期待的入住，結果發現入住後的房型和圖片一開始翻閲的不一致，結果通知有兩個房型，而且那個投影很差，因為孩子想看動畫片，選的是電視房型；然後分配到投影房型，體驗感很不好，早上吃早飯很擁擠，在山西住了三個晚上，就這家體驗最不好了。

忻州美豪連住5晚，第一晚沒訂到套房，就大床房住了一夜，大床房可能是房間小吧，特別熱，開窗也無法解決；
後面搬進親子房，房間挺大，温度明顯適宜了，但是，地板不乾淨，我一直感覺腳下走到哪兒都是灰，第二天叫阿姨來打掃，我知道了原因，她們是用掃帚掃地，在我的要求下，才拿來吸塵器，但是地毯部位真的是非常非常臟，感覺酒店沒有標準化的體系，和流程化的操作規範
雙人自助下午茶:沒有享受到，酒店説不提供
早餐:之前都是送到房間的餐盒，最後一天到餐廳吃的早餐，非常一般，找不到什麼可以吃的東西
但就算這樣，據説這也是忻州最好的酒店了，就這條件，將就住吧

服務質量和服務態度非常非常差，態度極端惡劣，遇到問題推卸責任，衞生條件極不乾淨。客人住在這樣的酒店，完全沒有安全感。

七夕到來的晚上，23:50。我拉開窗簾，撐在窗邊想卡着時間把禮物送給對象。然後出現了下面圖片中的場景……
然後33分鐘退房超時是50RMB
攜程上寫的有酒吧，到了之後才發現沒有，酒店也沒有所謂深夜麪食和粥（宣傳上是有的，可以點開攜程上看一下）
我不是想故意挑毛病，衹是因為旅行和對象路過忻州，剛好遇到七夕，然後選了這個據説是忻州最好的酒店入住，得到了這樣的服務實屬無奈。
當然酒店也有可圈可點的地方，比如竟然有衞生保潔員給我打招呼了。太感動了，畢竟遇到了四位酒店工作人員，一個人見到我就直接問我房間號，一個看了我一眼繼續擺電梯邊的水，還有一個見到我啥也不説……這服務連亞朵全季都不如（還是説貴酒店定位就在亞朵之下？）哦對，房間還沒有冰箱
順便提一嘴，酒店早餐做的蝦是好蝦，味道很好。可惜不太新鮮且沒有去蝦線。應該是速凍的，當然那個品種應該也不是忻州本地的叭，我建議你們買當地活蝦做會更好。感謝廚師小哥哥給我下了碗方便麪（因為我起晚了）好評一下
去了這麼多酒店，貴店是唯一一家給我連續發兩個讓我給好評的酒店，説實話，比起讓我給好評，不如你們自己靠本事爭取。有什麼異議歡迎和我交流😊

連開車帶雁門關懷古，忻州古城逛吃，這一天累壞了，到店裡已經八點多了。一進房間感覺不錯！乾乾淨淨，設施齊全。床很舒服，睡了個好覺！就是樓上下水道響聲大了點。他家有免費停車場，入住送洗車卡一張。早餐也還行，雖不是很多但品種也算齊全。

沒別的原因，就覺得，很生氣
本人在攜程定了英倫風情大床房，攜程黃金會員，免費升級房型。
結果去了酒店前台給我是升級房型，但是在不告知我房間靠邊，温度低等問題的情況下，就給我安排了他們冬天一般不對外售賣或者售賣時候也會提醒顧客相關弊端的房間。
導致我晚上凍的睡不着，半夜凍醒好幾次。
服務 做事 完全不為顧客考慮，衹為省事。
早餐，説實話，有失美豪的水準，我八點二十去吃飯的，不算特別晚。牛奶是涼的，菜品也少。
