床根本硬的沒辦法睡上面，我和兩個一個睡飄窗上一個睡在沙發上，客服除了給了入住密碼，一直處在失聯狀態中還好後來攜程平台幫忙解決了一點問題，反正就是很不開心的一次入住，和我訂的房間根本就不對版，以後訂房間還是要看看之前客人的評價

實話説，因為凌晨到港，特地訂了近的房間，離海安新港開車四分鐘挺近的，地理位置不錯，位於碧桂園小區內，整體環境不錯，較安靜。但是小區🏘️門衞服務態度很不好，房間衞生超臟，沙發🛋️全是黃黑黃黑的汗漬😓那個床墊你躺下能清晰感知裏面的彈簧，而且不平整，凹陷的，衣櫥裏放着舊毯子啥的雜物，本來兩室一廳的，隔壁一間放雜物😰配套設施完全跟不上，連電視都沒有！！！失望😞失望

被子破了，枕頭臟，這樣的環境都睡不踏實。從港口出來走了半小時，根本打不到車，聯繫店家問走的對不對，回答不清楚。主打一個問啥啥不知道。不過確實是隨時都接電話，語氣態度可以。房間還可以，挺温馨的。

入住的時候屋裡亂七八遭，根本沒收拾，聯繫之後收拾了，洗澡的時候發現，一次性浴巾居然打開一袋，説是床上用品換過了，可是皺皺巴巴的，都沒愛再找了，收拾衞生的阿姨太差了，不會再選擇這裏了

漱口杯、拖鞋啥都沒有，吹風沒有，洗了頭髮站在陽台吹了半天才幹，問就是“阿姨不知道怎麼搞的”陽台和浴室櫃櫃子裏全是空礦泉水瓶。廚房櫃子裏是一個捕蟑螂的裝置，裏面還有蟑螂活體……入住當時就反應沒吹風沒燒水壺沒拖鞋了，説是等一下送來，然後又説聯繫不上，然後就不了了之。床墊一動就嘎吱嘎吱，次卧小房間牀板非常硬，主卧的被套物資大家看視頻自己感受一下，老闆非説阿姨換過的。發出來大家自行避雷吧

按照定位到了那裡，結果發現酒店沒有門牌，打電話聯繫酒店，酒店説你從大門進來呀，結果發現大門都不知道在哪，晚上的時候，周圍都是黑燈瞎火的，讓你去找門，呵呵了！申請退款，不給，一定要讓你找到酒店！打第二次電話聯繫酒店，不接了！呵呵，客服介入也無法處理，簡直了，刷新我的三觀！算了，花個幾十塊買個教訓，要住這個酒店的朋友做好找大門的準備吧！！

席夢思彈簧太硬了，感覺睡在鐵上腰要斷了，枕頭也不行，半夜起來打蚊子，一晚上沒睡，硬件設施太差了，需要更換

這個價錢實惠，乾淨衞生，可以看到遠處海景。但是小區設施不夠完善，自駕需要停車在小區外的路上。床很大大，但是彈簧讓人不舒服，可以換一個床墊或者加一個墊子。
