距離碼頭非常近，房間很大，還有陽台，晚上從海口坐船過來，在這休息一晚再往下一站走也不會累，總體來説性價比極高

真的是差得一言難盡，提前訂好了房，晚上10:00多鍾來到，竟然衹剩下最後一樓前台旁邊的房間。我還以為是一個倉庫，或者是老闆自己休息的倒班房間。衞生極其差，床單被套還有頭髮有蟲子，要不是因為太晚肯定就換酒店了。洗手間沒有洗手盆，所以刷牙什麼的特別不方便。最無語的是凌晨有些其他房間退房的人去敲我們的門，以為我們是老闆住在裏面。總共三次半夜敲我們的門，氣得我們。早上退房想和酒店交涉，沒有人在。算了，衹能給差評了。

一星都不想給的。白給錢都不會住的店，要不是徐聞港排大隊，賣三百多根本不值一文！等船過夜用的，本來也沒抱期待 就想着排隊的時候孩子能過去睡一下，結果老闆沒有説清楚，應該讓我們一開始排隊時候就帶孩子過去先休息的，結果我們是排隊到了店的位置才過去，以為爸爸先繼續排着，等排到了老闆給我們送過去就好，這樣孩子好歹能睡會兒，結果不是，老闆説喝酒了不送，還説應該提前問他們，他們就可以來接，可我提前打過幾次電話都不來接，説是沒有電動車，可當麪説的時候又説是喝了酒不能騎，實際就是根本不願意接送！最終衹是讓孩子上了個廁所就走了，房間一分鐘沒呆，還害的我們出來追了一公里多的車，半夜三點多！孩子8歲！迷迷瞪瞪的，本來想讓他休息，結果反倒跑了半天，誰不心疼！三百多塊錢就當扶貧了，但扶貧還把人氣的夠嗆！真的是我唯一差評！

老闆人真的挺好，但如果想搞好公寓，可不能衹靠吃地勢位置的紅利（離粵海鐵路港口真的很近），反正我用自己的被褥覆在床上，也沒敢脱外套，一夜無眠。那床墊真得換。衞生細節一言難盡。

以住這家店多次，每次都是臨時決定。周邊開發的很慢，現在建好了一個大碼頭，以後客人多了周邊條件會越來越好。

離港口很近，凌晨兩點多到的，沒打到車🚘，自己一個女孩子不敢走過去，聯繫前台問能不能過來接，老闆馬上就過來港口接我到店辦入住，一大早又送我去港口坐大巴車，真的太感謝了

帶着爸媽開車去海南，晚上在徐聞港住的明江公寓，性價比還是比較高的，爸媽平時比較挑床，但這次住的酒店爸媽説床挺舒服的
