提前和老闆微信溝通，他會發你地庫位置，和房間密碼，地下停車場，要走一層樓梯才可以上地面，從外面進入樓道門。房間衞生間很小，乾濕分離，雙人床是兩張單人床拼在一起的。

徐聞港不太遠的一個度假樓盤公寓，有地上地下停車場很大，無接觸入住，比較便捷高效，衞生很好，該有的都具備，作為過港去海口，或者海口過徐聞歇腳休息很方便，室外不遠處海邊挺美。

房間是複式，我們入住的時候是大霧天氣，體驗感很不佳，房間很潮濕，濕答答，房間很小，幾平方不到？這次跟孩子出行半個月，是最差的一次住宿了，房東服務沒問題，房間實在太潮濕啦

酒店距離徐聞新港碼頭很近，如果去過海，需要住一晚就得非常適合，還有酒店就在海邊風景確實不錯，但是吃飯不方便，需要外賣或者自備。停車就在樓下車庫。兩室一廳的配置很適合親子出遊或者朋友出遊，還是很推薦的。

室內佈局合理，房間設施齊全，床品舒適，地庫停車安全方便，周邊環境很好，離海安新港碼頭開車10分鐘，我們預訂了八點的船票，七點半離店，七點四十五就登船了。破紀錄的一次登船記錄。下次還會再來！

房間佈置很乾凈，旁邊就是海，臨時要過海南，在湛江住一晚，小區環境很不錯，海風吹的很舒服，1月份湛江真的愜意，房東老闆人很好，臨時給升了房，總體4.8星⭐️。（本次定了兩間房，都很滿意！）
