房間蠻大的，單個床很寬，可以睡兩個不太胖的成人，其它設施比較舊，如果開車的話，門口有社會停車場，但需要在前台拿一張停車券抵消，訂的沒有早餐券，去了馬路對面的小吃店解決的。

水温忽冷忽熱，第二天就感冒了，晚上睡覺門外很吵，衞生也不行，第二天臉上長了疹子，不知道是蚊子還是床上蟎蟲咬的…另外現在喆啡酒店已經不送掛耳了嗎？？別説咖啡了，房裡連個茶包都沒有，小地方漲價那麼多，比青島市中心都貴。破壞了喆啡在我心中的印象，以後不會再選擇。

這家酒店房間設施齊全，就是有點舊，停車環境不是很好，能提供停車位置，酒店位置很贊，更值得推薦的是，拖鞋也很好，難得一見的款式面料

一上來就説要我們退房，然後明確入住後。雙床房變成兩間房，一間無水，一間明顯長期沒住人。 酒店標記是9-11層，實際住12樓，門牌無，紙頭寫的。 妥妥的假期賣房超量，找了無人房對付住客。
服務人員一直道歉，態度還行。 但是運營人員服務惡劣。 原本可以享受14:00退房，兩保潔，密碼開門要求12點退房，要麼辦理續住。
