This hotel is located closed to Xuzhou Dong and Wanda plaza. It is easy to access to.food and al amendities services. The staff are quite friendly. Got a free upgrade of room.

The front desk is very enthusiastic. Tea and water are delivered at the door. The service is good. I saw that I brought children specially prepared baby slippers and toothbrushes.

服務態度很一般，入住後發現安排的房間正對着布草間，要求換房間，前台讓等着，因為原房間不能動了就站着接電話，前台不知道在調節什麼一直不給結果，然後又打電話説讓我自己去看一下同樓層的房間號，給換到別的樓層，折騰了好一會也沒動靜，兩個客房大姐正好在門口，問了一下房間可以換了嗎，她們和聽不到一樣倆人自己説話，反正整體體驗不好 床品也不是很乾凈。本來訂的兩天，第二天就提前走了.
