總體來説還不錯，服務到位。酒店隔音有點不好，路邊車輛來往的聲音都能聽見。酒店地理位置不錯，交通便利，出門就有哈嘍等公共設施，離蘇寧廣場和户部山都挺近的。周邊吃的也多，外賣也方便。客房內配個小冰箱啥的就更好了。

雖然訂單顯示自助辦理入住，前台也會很熱情的幫忙辦理入住。帶了孩子，前台小姐姐送了小零食和小拖鞋給寶寶，很貼心，機器人送餐很方便，不用自己下樓拿外賣，市中心很方便。門口那條路導航顯示禁行，退房時問了前台小姐姐，説可以通行。退房時前台小姐姐還送了兩瓶水和小零食，很貼心。下次還是會選擇漢庭酒店的❤️！

服務員服務態度特別好，説話輕聲細語，有問必答。酒店門口沿河路可以停車，不收停車費，可以一直停。房間乾淨，打掃的很勤快，打掃衞生的服務員也都很有禮貌，電視可以投屏。早餐很好，種類豐富，有一些徐州特色食品，味道也很好，餐廳服務員加餐很勤快。缺點是房間比較小，床尾到牆衹有一個人能過的空間，幾乎沒有活動空間。天氣寒冷，房間內空調製熱不好，比較冷。但大廳和餐廳卻非常熱。節假日價格高，非節假日會便宜，節假日末期時候不要一次訂多天。

設施：一開始選這個酒店就是看中它是2022年新裝修的酒店，設施挺新的，就是隔音效果真的太差了，大家可以打開視頻右上角聽一下視頻裏的錄音，晚上十點左右隔壁入住的情侶一開始衹是吵鬧聲有些大，後來好像男的和女的打了起來，那床哐哐一邊撞牆那女的一邊嗷嗷的喊老公…頂多也就一分鐘吧，幸好時間不長，不然嚇得我都準備打110了，咱也不知道為啥這姑娘叫的那麼悽慘，是被揍了嘛？多次和前台打電話溝通隔壁太吵鬧，無果。湊合著住了一晚上。結果早晨還被電鑽和剁東西的聲音吵醒，給前台打電話問為什麼一早有裝修的，前台告訴是樓上有剁肉的…
衞生：因為是新裝修的酒店，表面衞生看着還是不錯。但是邊邊角角，像沙發縫裡麪還有彎曲的毛髮。
服務：酒店服務沒得説連鎖酒店服務，確實不錯。臨走退房之後還送了小零食和水。

地址位置不錯，房間還挺整潔挺好的，就是浴室小了點，隔音不太好，晚上隔壁房間説話聽得一清二楚…而且一早還被電鑽吵醒…房間忘拍了sorry放點景點圖
