優點:平時價格便宜，靠近地鐵，衞生條件可以。
缺點: 1.圖片與實際不符（與IMAX影院大床房詳情頁對比） :廁所實際非常小，蓬蓬頭正對馬桶，僅有一人半寬；投影屏佔比僅有70%，店家無影視會員看劇需要自己投屏；房間詳情圖上有高桌子，實際衹有矮桌子且沒凳子。
2.投影儀在頭上方半米，開啟時噪音略大。
3.冰箱緊貼牆壁，插頭扔在地上，可能需要省電，理解。
4.隔音效果不好，晚上聽的到隔壁説話和打呼嚕。
然後這個抽油煙機..實在不知道沒有燃氣灶要這個有什麼用，真不用強行湊民宿不如開個共享影視會員。
總而言之，價格低、靠地鐵已是最大優點，老闆訊息回覆也很及時，祝老闆發發發。
