On Ctrip, I saw Holiday Resort Hotel opened a new store in Mengding Mountain. I specially brought my children there and booked a twin room with mountain view. After staying in the hotel, I found that although the hotel has arranged a high floor, the view of the room is not very good. To exchange a room with a better view, the front desk manager Zeng immediately inquired about the occupancy of this type of room and told us that the mountain-view room cannot be exchanged because of the large number of guests in the hotel that day, and recommended several other rooms to take us to check. In the case that we did not find a satisfactory room, Manager Zeng actively contacted the hotel management to get us to upgrade to the suite. Mr. Zeng, who is anxious for the guests, tried every means to make the guests feel the hotel's professional management and service spirit. We are very moved, and thank you very much! The location of the hotel is first-class, right at the gate of the scenic spot, it is very convenient to go up the mountain and to the scenic plank road; the hotel management and service level are very good, which can bring a good staying experience; the facilities are very complete, and the quality is also very important.

The hotel is located at the entrance of the scenic spot. It is very new and has good facilities. But the design of the room is not very good, especially the toilet and bathroom, although it is separated from wet and dry, but there is only one door, so it is not convenient to take a bath and go to the toilet. Breakfast is very average, not worthy of this price and room rate. The price/performance ratio is average.

The hotel is in the Mengding Mountain Scenic Area. It should be newly renovated and the facilities are good and the service attitude is also very good. I will choose this one next time. However, children under 1 meter of the buffet in the evening also have half the price😭

The location is very good, the only one in the middle of Mengding Mountain, sitting on the balcony of the guest room to watch the mountains is great, the attitude of the waiter is also very good, I will choose to stay again next time

It is strongly not recommended. It deceived the customer to give the worst room closest to the lobby when the customer called in advance in the afternoon to ask for a light sleep when the Ctrip showed that there was still room. Moreover, before I lay down that night, I found that there were many hairs of different lengths on the sheets. I saw that there were no new creases on the sheets, quilt covers, and pillows, so I asked them to change them all. There were still dirty footprints on the new sheets. This is a hotel that has only opened for a month. The room service told us that the footprints could not be washed away. I'm really angry. I've stayed in all kinds of hotels, big and small. This is the worst holiday brand, and the ones with less breakfast are worse than B&Bs, you know. I didn't want to complain, so I didn't take pictures. If you have enough time, I suggest you stay in the Express Holidays in Ya'an City. The service and hygiene are much better.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The mountain view double room has a good view, you can see the mountains, clouds, and villages. The attitude of the front desk staff is very good and worthy of praise! The gift of Mengding Mountain ticket courtesy is more cost-effective. The room is soundproofed. But judging from the hotels in the scenic area, it's pretty good overall

There are both Chinese and Western breakfast, but there are not too many types. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain and it is very convenient to go up the mountain. The hotel comes out from the ropeway station and has its own parking lot.

The wine list is in the Mengding Mountain Scenic Area. The newly renovated hotel, the environment is comfortable, the front desk service of the hotel is enthusiastic, call us in advance to confirm the arrival time and upgrade the mountain view room for free. Sitting on the balcony in the room at night, making a pot of Mengding tea, blowing the cool breeze, and enjoying the night view is very pleasant
