居住體驗非常差，住最貴的房型體驗最差的服務，接觸到的工作人員每一個都像是來打醬油的，彷彿沒受到過任何酒店服務相關培訓，住了兩天不止一次想過住隔壁全季會不會反而好一些。 先説硬件： 1.酒店樓下沒有停車場，跟公園共用停車場，要自己拖行李走500米，就算保安大叔人好讓我們停全季樓下也還要步行300米。 2.早餐不是自助。除了魚湯麪口味還行，別的所謂套餐就是速凍包子、澱粉腸、小油條、雞蛋、鹹菜、一小截玉米，魚湯麪份量也很少 3.晚飯也很差，招牌菜石鍋魚齁鹹，價格不低份量很少，衹有一小碗，而且就是黑魚片加豆腐，其他菜也齁鹹，上完菜服務員就消失了，衹能自己找水壺倒水喝。周邊其他飯店也在五六點紛紛打烊，想吃點好的還需駕車三公里開外 4.作為主打咖啡的酒店賣的咖啡也難喝，豆子已經發酸，問什麼豆子服務員也不知道，送的掛耳也是生產了五個月，早就風味盡失了 然後是軟件，整個酒店的服務不能説完全不存在吧，但屬實不多。具體是這麼體現的： 一，歡迎酸奶兩杯，但我訂的四人間，三人入住； 二，無線網有，但信號很差，老斷； 三，送咖啡券，但衹有美式，其他品類至少再付16+，比瑞幸難喝 四，晚餐點了肥牛麪疙瘩，廚房忘加麪疙瘩，問他才端回去重新加，沒有任何道歉和表示，期間我以為沒有麪疙瘩還下單多點一份12塊的湯麪； 五，腳磨破了問前台有沒有創口貼前台説要找一下再回電話過來，然後就沒有然後了，附近也沒有葯房，大晚上我媽找了一大圈最後還是去隔壁遊客中心借的，我媽能借到你酒店借不到？ 六，退房時前台開錯票要求寄回，在我尚未返程仍然在逛公園、開車時頻繁催促，有一種不顧別人死活的氣勢——這還是大堂領班，本應是最佳服務代表做的事 事實上無論是晚餐少加麪疙瘩還是開錯票，都已經給作為顧客的我增加麻煩耽誤了我的時間，但是整個酒店秉承一個宗旨：我給顧客添麻煩沒事，顧客不要給我添麻煩。所以即使他們自己錯誤頻出也不會做任何錶示和補償，你顧客自己多擔待吧 唯一説得過去的衹有傢俱設施，但這點好感也被劣等的服務質量敗光了，住在這裏的兩天內我N次產生要是訂的是隔壁全季會不會感覺還會好一點的疑問（畢竟是全季雙倍的價格），答案究竟如何我不知曉，但好歹人家樓下就有停車場 服務：極差
