I have been here for the second time. The experience is very bad. The indoor and outdoor hot springs have nothing to say. I feel that the clean environment is good when I drive a long distance. The service is the most unbearable. The child is 1.2 meters away. When I go to breakfast and stay in the morning I sent 2 coupons, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that the child had to pay extra. The negotiation failed, yes! ! Will the restaurant supervisor’s mouth speak well? A bad attitude! "We have this rule here. If you want to complain, you can sue." It didn't let you treat the customer as a father. Do you have to be so arrogant? Since the second time I came here because I feel good, the attitude of service like this is really bad for my reputation. ! Don't want to say too much, real experience! I didn't want to post it, I hope to improve it! Customers also come with money, as if they are taking you so much! ,fail!

The breakfast at this hotel is average, with relatively few types, mainly Chinese breakfast, some stir-fried dishes, cold dishes, steamed buns, flower rolls, custard buns, no soy milk, tofu nao, fried dough sticks or pancakes, few types of fruits, only two . Eat breakfast in a restaurant called Food Garden, which is separate from the hotel accommodation, you need to walk to eat, because the scenic spot is remote, you can only eat in this restaurant, you can’t order takeaway! The location of the hotel is relatively partial, you need to remind yourself to plan it, it is far from the railway station and the high-speed rail station, it takes nearly 40 minutes by car, please use the Gaode map to locate it accurately! The hotel is very close to the hot springs, just a walk away. There is a parking lot, and there will be a sightseeing car to take you into the hotel.

Transportation in the park: Cars can only be parked at the entrance, and the shuttle bus in the park can be pulled in. During the 51st period, there were many people and many cars, and parking of vehicles was a problem. Sanitation: The sanitation of the room is good, the sanitation of the public area needs to be improved, and the ashtray is full of cigarette butts and no one cleans it. Service: Overall it is good. There were too many tourists during the 51st period, so you have to queue up for check-in and check-out. Food: The price is affordable and the taste is good. During the 51st period, too many tourists caused the catering system to collapse. I waited 1 hour for lunch at lunch and another 1 hour for hot pot at night. Hot spring: Although there are a lot of people, the hot spring area is big enough, and people don't feel crowded even if they put it in. The hot spring water is very clean and the bathing is very comfortable. The children are having fun. It is better to go on weekdays or weekends, stagger the peak period, and choose carefully during the holidays.

華北第一，名不虛傳！室內池子多，室外也十幾個，七八個人一起泡温泉，暢快淋漓！室外温泉池邊有山楂樹，個大飽滿，酸甜可口，值得推薦！

前台服務態度惡劣，裝修材料不環保，房間味太大，房間裏面還有蟲子

酒店很大，在村裡，本身就是一個旅遊景點，一個大公園，有山有水，可以洗温泉騎沙灘摩託，早餐也不錯。美中不足的是百度地圖目的地被導航到了一條土路上進了一個果園（地上滿是車轍印，説明很多人走錯），從北京來的時候也是早早導航下了高速公路穿村小路走了十幾公里奇葩路，酒店應儘快聯繫百度地圖修正導航點。

房間很大，不是旺季，基本屬於包場，室內和室外的温泉非常好，很值得一去。餐廳菜品比較少，但是口味還不錯。整個酒店就在度假村裡，景色宜人，環境非常美，非常大。

酒店在一個園區，車衹能開到園區門口，需要坐擺渡車進去，不太方便。酒店設施類似農家樂。服務人員服務意識較差，多要兩瓶水，不給，要個塑料袋裝東西，不給，最後掰扯很久勉強給了，感知非常不好，周圍十公里內沒有飯店，在酒店吃飯很貴，很不划算

首先説一下，這裏的環境我覺得沒得説，尤其是室內温泉不僅池子多種類多，種植的植物也非常多，給人感覺非常棒！（這幾天温度還有點低，室外温泉沒有體驗，但是感覺也很不錯。）我是五一頭兩天來的這裏，成功避開了人流，體驗非常不一般，當然，缺點不是沒有，比如説房間衞生情況一般温泉浴缸裏面不少土；又比如説我覺得服務質量還有待進一步提高。不過對於復開業不久的温泉酒店，這些情況我也能夠理解。期待下次組團成功去小院住幾天體驗一下！
