一路自駕旅遊，這是第三家麗楓，就是因為服務貼心才一直選麗楓，這家服務我真是醉了。吹風機基本上就是個壞的，老斷電。床頭的燈也是壞的，也不知道修修。香薰燈裏沒有水也沒有精油，你要是沒有你可以拿走呀，擺着幹嘛呢？晚上想借個指甲刀，前台也説沒有，我真服了，就不是麗楓隨便一個快捷酒店也得有個便民服務吧。。。。

住宿體驗感很好，早餐品種多，離瘦西湖，個園，大明寺，東關街，宋夾城都很近，前台接待人員小方服務格外熱情！！

房間感覺比較小，衞生間挺大，窗户很小，電話上桌子上灰比較多，一張床上有不明毛髮，和以往住的麗楓有點出入，停車場進去的一個入口有點小，停車進去小心擦到

第一晚房間小的不行，二個箱子都沒地方放，第二晚升級後，房間大小算正常，但實話説，設施陳舊，不匹配房價，另外服務員對客人一副愛理不理的態度，而且一點不專業，根本不像個酒店的樣子。酒店周邊吃飯的地方很少，總之差評，住過最差的麗楓，確定不是盜版？

入住手續快捷，前台帥哥斯文熱情，服務態度很好。房內用品保持麗楓一致標準，雖然酒店外表不新，房間略小，但是內部很乾凈舒適，保潔阿姨搽玻璃非常仔細，用小刀片仔細刮大堂地板小污漬，看得出用心呵護。離店送了小食品飲料。
