Position is great. Just across the road from the seafront. Easy strolling distance to Yantai Hill etc. Nice views of Yantai and the sea. The pool and gym are very good. Breakfast has lots of variety both Chinese and English, although it would be nice to have seen more local seafood or other specialities. All in all, the experience is reliably smooth, comfortable, iif a bit cold and corporate. One piece of feedback is although the gym and showers are great, my experience of these was seriously compramised by a number of fellow guests hawking up in the showers, sinks and even in the pool itself. This is not only disgusting, but also a serious health risk in the current situation. While I understand that is difficult to control imdividual guests' behaviour, perhaps some signs would help?

There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. This trip to Long Island is fresh in my memory. I booked a Long Island No. 1 Courtyard Holiday Homestay, which is a life-style homestay. It is only 1.1 kilometers away from Long Island Port, with convenient transportation and a central location. There is a bus stop at the gate of the homestay, and there is a shared car that can be driven by yourself. The homestay is based on the old site of Long Island Supply and Marketing Cooperative and the original building of the old house in the village. It is a protective development to revitalize the old house that was abandoned. Implanted with contemporary design techniques and vacation concepts, the re-layout creates a quiet, simple, leisurely and wild gathering feeling, is a homestay integrating cultural creativity, fashion and leisure, tourism and vacation. The homestay not only has rooms, but also coffee bars, restaurants, billiards, and entertainment areas for children. It can be said that it has everything. The receptionist Lili was received by us. She was not only gentle and kind, but also dignified and generous. She also took the trouble to answer our questions patiently. The food in the restaurant tastes excellent and every dish is delicious. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. It is a worthwhile trip. Unfortunately, the time is tight. I have booked a room for the May Day holiday with Sister Lili. I look forward to it!

Lovely clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and they took special notice of my food allergies which was fantastic. The area is very nice with local food street 10 minute walk away and YangMa island close by. The apartment had underfloor heating and the whole heating system was great.The only downside was that although they had a beautiful bath, the hot water was not powerful enough to fill it and I had to refill the kettle 10x to add to the water, then the bath plug did not hold the water. I did mention this to them when we left and they said they would sort it out So, hopefully, the next customers will bathe happily. The other thing was that there were no Kitchen utensils or cooking equipment even though they stated that it had a kitchen- which it did. Luckily, we know these apartments as have been before and we brought our own cooking equipment and utensils. However, that would not have been possible if we lived far away. I would let them know what you need in the kitchen before arrival and I am sure they would prepare it better,.

Life in the old residential area is very convenient. There are farmers' markets and Jiajiayue downstairs. There are many deli shops. Every morning, my parents go out for a walk and buy breakfast and vegetables. There is no need to worry about what to eat. On the day of the trip, the landlord sister sent a super detailed guide, including attractions and food, so detailed that even if this is a trip that is just a walk away, it will not step on the pit. The room has colored lead, puzzles and picture books. Three-and-a-half-year-old children can play for a long time. It is really friendly to families with small children! My parents are tea-drinking big households, and the water consumption is very fast. I want to ask the landlord how much the water phone number is. I plan to call a bucket.
