因為早上7點多火車離開蓬萊，所以選了離車站近點的民宿，還真近，與蓬萊站就是一路之隔。周圍餐飲店很多，不到300米就是大潤發。在20層高的客房，可以清楚看到煙台山。房間很大，設施齊全，十分適合家庭居住。

酒店環境較陳舊，剛下火車為了便利住到這裏。沒想到被我閨蜜吐槽了我很久。晚上進一樓門的時候有點恐怖，像密室逃脱那種。屋子裡牆皮裂，味道有是那種舊房子的黴味道。可能是我們有潔癖，覺得渾身不舒服，一晚上衣服也沒敢脱，本來睡的晚，挨着街道一晚上不知道是大車還是什麼聲音，很規律的響了一晚。沒休息好。體驗感挺糟糕的。

離煙台火車站很近，幾百米就到了，海景房，家電幾乎都有，下面是吃飯的地方好多，對面就是大悦城，很適合家庭住

第一次住房間很好，缺少的東西，老闆也很快送來了，第二次住房間非常非常小，價格和第一次就差1塊錢！老闆説旺季調整價格，僅相差1個月差的巨大，房間很多小蟲子，衞生間味道很大，隔音特別不好，半夜被隔壁的呼嚕聲吵醒，隔壁説話都能聽得清楚，哎體驗感真的相差第一次太遠了，哎，大家慎重吧傷心

住的 1909，第一次去地方不太好找，打電話聯繫才知道怎麼走到住的地方，到的時候有點晚，電梯大門那裡進不去，等到有人出來時才能進去。1909 房間的無線網連上後，**頭條都刷不了，就別説追劇和辦公了，去房間之前記得買礦泉水，房間裏面沒有水喝。其他的還好，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，廚具也齊全，隔音好。

1、離煙台站很近，神州租車就在樓下，停車場免費，出行方便。
2、房間乾淨衞生，落地窗，尤其適合晚間喝茶看景。

房間寬敞明亮，洗浴室較大，就是威職有點難找，在一個小區裏面，總體來説不錯，距離煙台火車站也比較近早上走路七八分鐘就能進站，而切周邊有早餐店挺方便的。
