房間比較寬敞明亮，窗外就是沙灘大海，老闆

整體衞生很差，房主態度極其惡劣，訂單與實際房間床尺寸嚴重不符，衹有一張是床其他的不是床墊就是簡易床.衹管接不管送，打電話叫人威脅我們，説的和做的表裡不一.衹能用噁心來形容.

作為民宿，房間、衞生、設施都不錯，而且性價比很高，服務也非常好，我們人多，老闆特意安排了兩輛嶄新的商務車去碼頭接船，但最最關鍵的，位置與酒店地址不一致，應該是老闆有其他房型與酒店地址相同，在意位置的，建議與老闆確認一下

房子在南島一個小區的6樓，有電梯。離港口很近步行十分鐘可以去港口。離海鮮市場也還算近，打車起步價就到了。另外去其他景點都需要打車。説一下房間內部，普通居民住宅，衞生情況一般吧，每次清潔應該都忽略了衞生死角，希望房主或者管家能夠把衞生做好，遊客住的也能舒服。

房間乾淨整潔，比我想要的要好很多房間能看到大海晚上的夜景也很美，位置在明珠廣場樓上很方便出門就是沙灘孩子玩的很開心，房東老闆給我們安排的遊玩行程很滿意，下次過來還選這家。
