可能評論都是刷出來的 也可能是託兒 衝著你家的評論來的 沒想到體感差到極點 一進門就聽着排氣扇嗡嗡嗡的響個不停 一進衞生間觀察究竟門檻高的差點兒把我摔倒 連雙一次性拖鞋都沒有還得我去前台要才給的 屋裡床頭櫃上連個紙巾盒都不配 WIFI也沒有 花灑噴頭銹得跟電烙鐵似的 屋裡昏暗得感覺像極了密室逃脱 衞生間放東西的櫃子破得一批 鏡子每個拐角都銹得不行了也不換 衞生間的門很明顯裝修完錫紙都不帶清理的 壁紙脱落 隨處可見腳印👣污漬斑斑 下水道一直在向上返臭 衞生間一股子酒**喝吐吐出來那種噁心味道 真讓人倒胃口 一晚上排氣扇根本不敢關 要不衞生間臭得薰得人都不敢進 一晚上伴隨着車軲轆聲和衞生間🚾的排氣扇聲苦苦支撐到退房 你們也好意思自稱精品酒店 真是侮辱了“精品”二字 就這環境正經連個農家樂都不如 體感糟糕到極點 “極差”都無法形容 也衹有冤種會再去 已經踩過雷了 希望以後想訂的還是避坑吧 千萬別被評論説好的忽悠了

這個價位 還在南大街上真的是賺到了 門外就是公交站 出入方便 吃飯也方便 雖然距離馬路很近 但是雙層玻璃 隔音很好 推薦 浴巾毛巾是一次性的 也比較放心

優點：地理位置離煙台站不遠，步行十分鐘。
缺點：隔音不太好，房間衞生差。最無法忍受的是好歹超三百的費用，早上五點半退房，還能拿着賺四個小時的鐘點房，不至於牙膏和洗漱用品這麼差！
退房説了要開票，服務員前句話還在説房卡放台上，開發票馬上裝聽不見了！

環境：周邊環境是比較方便的，周邊吃飯，出行公交，超市都有。距離火車站近。

除了位置靠市區其他真的一言難盡，房間小床邊就是浴室玻璃，房間隔音效果真不是一般的好。無線沒有，一進電梯這個衞生絕了。

床超級大，蠻舒服的，之前看評價蠻差，但住下來感覺還不錯，廁所沒有反味，床也挺乾淨的，去哪裡都很方便，樓下有公交站
