位於蓬萊區蓬泉路1號，建築風格有種國營大廠的感覺。緊靠八仙過海、三仙山景點，位置不錯，白天掃個共享電動車出行，晚上去鐘樓北路散步、戚故里吃宵夜，很方便。房間內乾淨衞生，（本來預訂的是個標準間，臨時升級成家庭間，感覺蠻不錯哈哈哈）但是不足之處就是，晚上房間有點冷，人少的時候水有點涼（現在是三月中旬）

房間空間很大，滿意，周圍小吃也很多，但是，設備比較老舊！
前台小姐姐很熱情，酒店距離海邊大海1公里的樣子，走路大海15-20分鐘左右！總體來説，性價比較高！

設施太陳舊，衞生差，最主要的是它的床墊子太硬，都摸到彈簧了，並且洗澡的水一會兒燙一會兒涼的，還有前台的服務員態度真不好，看看這陳舊設施衞生就明白了，這是住過最差的地方了！慎重考慮吧！一星都不想給出！還號稱3星級的賓館！
