服務挺好的，房間也乾淨，但是房間空間和床也太小了，而且後台價格幾個小時一個變化，我們定的房子剛辦理入住就降價了，然後聯繫問啥情況，再進後台價位又調整回來了，和酒店平台都聯繫了但是都説不是他們的問題，我想問問題出在哪？還讓我拿出來證據，我難道沒下個單子還要截個屏嗎？

酒店位置很好，比較安靜，出門騎小車十分鐘可以到第一浴場去看海，晚上景色也好看，服務不錯，自己住比較安全哈，精品酒店的房型不大，適合情侶和自己一個人旅行，乾淨設備齊全

一進門是撲鼻的煙味，雖然預訂時有看到房內不禁煙，但不禁煙跟滿室煙味是兩回事吧？以為冰箱是基本配置是我太天真了，但真的第一次住到沒冰箱的酒店。浴室很小，桌子摸起來有點黏，還好我一人住，有兩張床，東西全放床上了。另外很可怕的是，因為頁面寫了無窗，進房時天黑看不清外頭就沒有特別注意，隔天早上行李整理到一半抬頭才發現旁邊有一扇玻璃窗！不能開！但它還是玻璃窗！重點我還看到有人走過去…我沒穿衣服在房裡晃來晃去好一陣了…(崩潰
唯一能稱讚的是服務人員是隔壁的，服務很好，沒了。

這個酒店在是所謂4星酒店旁邊的分支，稍微價位經濟點的酒店。剛到酒店，門僮以為住4星，馬上過來幫忙拿行李，結果看領到的房卡是隔壁酒店的，立馬不管。去隔壁這家，要走一個大台階，自己把行李搬上去，進了房間，簡直迴歸到小村落的感覺，設施老舊，房間超級小。
唯一值得稱讚的就是早餐在4星這邊吃，早餐很符合4星標準。
除了早餐，沒有任何好評！前台接待服務員説，住4星價位要比這邊翻一倍，基本上除了房間小點，其實都差不多，這個差不多，到底差多少，應該讓他自己好好斟酌下！不推薦，關鍵不好找，導航找了半天，酒店附近進大門車輛非常多！

熱水水量大，自由升温，洗澡洗頭髮過癮
衞生間小巧實用，還有一根晾衣服的白鐵線，馬桶沖水設計好，浴巾柔軟吸水。
中央空調，出門之後温度還會保持住，進房間就會很舒服。
牀頭櫃和電視桌簡潔實用，牀頭櫃還有睡眠燈設計，有點拙樸有點傻，但讓人安心。
窗户可以看到海，沒別的就是玻璃臟了一點。
床很舒服，被褥乾燥親膚，枕頭還是乳膠的。
雖然是經濟型，內核差不多，衹是沒那麼好看。
唯一一點，地板的花色不太習慣

因為感覺很舒適，一直續住了六天。
酒店位置很好，在半山腰上，空氣很好，鬧中取靜，又便利，去周邊吃飯步行幾分鐘，去海邊煙台濱海廣場步行20分鐘就到，然後再往東走幾分鐘就到第一海水浴場。房間雖不大，但乾淨整潔，設施齊全，很安靜，床上用品很舒適。需要刷卡進入樓內，很安全。
服務水平高。真誠、熱情、專業的前台王書坤和王林海，處理問題盡心盡力，令人安心愉悦。客房部的小鄒和小畢，工作用心認真細緻，很贊！酒店的自助早餐很豐富，精緻，味道也好，滿意的早餐令人心情愉悦，元氣滿滿！祝貴店不斷提升各方面的水平，生意更加發達興隆！
