Nork Residence Hotel

The staff were very helpful and friendly but the hotel itself was rundown. Peeling paint in the room, the shower head gushed water from the side, the shower door leaked water onto the floor so it was soaking wet by the time you finished, the carpet was really old, the safe in the room didn't work, the mini fridge wasn't cleaned properly and the freezer part needed defrosting as it was iced over, the TV didn't work properly and had no manual to figure it out, one light bulb was missing so the hallway part in the room wasn't lit, no lamps on the bedside table, the sheets didn't fit the mattress (no fitted sheets either, just regular sheets) so by the morning you were sleeping on the bare mattress, super old mattresses with springs that poke you as you sleep, housekeeping came every 2-4 days and when they did they did not clean the toilet or bathroom sink and I had to keep asking for extra toilet paper, and there was a very dirty kitchen downstairs that supposedly was available for guests to use. The breakfast was okay, basically a lot of cheeses, yogurt, juice and tea, eggs, bread, fruit, and one or two hot options (usually eggs, otherwise a meat option).
