首先進店老闆就問我在哪裡訂的，我説在網上訂的，老闆瞬間態度變得很惡劣，説在網上訂平台要扣他幾塊錢，然後喊我退了，我堅持沒有退，然後就給我開了一間最**的單人間房間，房間窗户都沒有行李箱都打不開。後來找老闆溝通，然後老闆有一次罵我喊你不要在網上訂你非要在網上訂，最後老闆給我換了一個雙人間，房間很小行李箱還是打不開那種房間，房間裏面很臟。1、老闆**有問題，歧視我們****訂的，2、網上的照片和實際的房間差距太大了3、過道上和房間很大的異味，異味很臭，房間被子很臭，而且空調還漏水，重點的是老闆人有問題，稀爛的房間還要加錢，嚴重超過市場價格的房間5、希望****向當地有關部門反映一下這種現象
