位置方便，旁邊就是大型商場，附近也有很多吃飯的地方，酒店的早餐還有擺在門口對外。房間設施略陳舊，床品還算乾淨。性價比很高。

水悦城附近性價比很高的一家酒店，基本上到宜昌都會住在這裏。
住宿環境很舒適，早餐也還不錯。住過很多次，總體感覺很不錯。

最差的一次住宿體驗了，第二天酒店臨時被政府徵用，我也沒説什麼，當時因為在外沒辦法收拾行李，酒店的員工就幫我收拾了，但是把我的充電器整個都泡在了一杯檸檬茶中，我打電話説這事，前台剛開始不承認，後來又説讓我送過去給他們檢查看看，確定不能用在換他們店裡的，我沒同意，第一我當時還在去其他酒店的路上，第二我沒有做錯任何事，也不想在跑來跑去，第三我原裝的充電器並不想換成隨便的充電器，就説我讓她們自己來拿，前台就説我不講理，直接掛了我電話，但是我想反應的問題還沒有説，我有些衣服酒店服務員並沒有給我收拾，害的我沒辦法大晚上又去了一趟，去了以後前台還要跟我吵架，衹能説真的是很沒有素質了，我就當吃虧了，這麼大個酒店還是多多培養員工素質吧，有些人真的很垃圾

走廊和房間內基礎設施比較老舊。
房內的用品也很次。
早餐除了白菜就是粉面，白菜半生不熟，粉面寡淡無味。
停車場入口有***把手，不讓進。
唯有大廳像點樣。

房間感覺不錯，交通便利，免費停車，一進來就有工作人要指引停車，前台橘子小姐姐態度很好，熱情有耐心，房間設施齊全，環境不錯，衞生也很乾凈
