Прекрасная природа, ухоженная территория, приятный персонал. Приятно полежать в бассейнах с термальной водой. Каждый бассейн имеет свой химический состав и температуру, всего их около 20, но одновременно работают не все. Очень понравилось кормление чёрных лебедей, они очень общительные и практически ручные, но одна пара очень активная и даже агрессивная, осторожнее, могут пощипать. Медведи выглядят очень упитанными и ухоженными, с удовольствием позируют, если кормить их булочками. Несколько дороговато, но общее впечатление очень благоприятное.

寶宇温泉酒店的C區別墅環境優美，適合一家人旅遊，朋友小聚。温泉環境還行，就是水不太乾淨。早餐比較一般，就是能吃飽的水平。中午，晚上自己點菜還不錯。附近一家農家樂做的飯還比較不錯。對面村的小賣部東西跟超市一個價，建議大家去那裡買東西。

硬件本來不錯，但可能疫情原因整個度假區都沒有維護，顯得殘舊，熊也很臭😵遊客雖然很少所以温泉池以室內為主，也是類似水療有3個池，室外衹開了2個小池而且很臟，性價比真的不高，希望老闆儘快改善一下！

第二次到這個酒店了。時隔三年變化很大。整體已經形成更具規模的遊樂休閑場所。新的C區有多個小湖鑲嵌。外圍有天然河流環繞。別墅面湖而建錯落有致房間裝修風格大氣典雅。一應星級酒店配套設施齊全，據説今年是當地最熱的夏天，晚上依然無需空調温度也很舒適。這次入住開始很不愉快，但在攜程客服小姐姐四兩撥千斤的專業協調下很快得到解決。後續營銷劉姓老總一直多有關照。熱情 親切 專業讓餘下的行程讓人如沐春風很愜意舒服。美中不足是服務專業性還是欠缺 。尤以前台服務為最，前台接待是酒店的第一道屏障和招牌 。態度生硬 語言不專業都是硬傷。總之。值得再遊。但也很期待改進。

最開始對於他家的評分，我猶豫再三，但是最後還是抱着試一試的心態過來了。
很慶幸選擇了這家酒店，領父母出來遊玩，訂了兩個標間，環境很好，房間很大。
其次温泉不管是不是真的，室內室外的泡的也都很舒服。所以我覺得價格和這個環境還算是匹配的。
幾個小問題是:
第一，標間沒有空調，衹有排風，供暖之後很熱，熱的有些睡不着覺；
第二，房間內有浴缸但是沒有一次性浴缸套提供，我個人不太敢泡澡，不過也沒必要，有温泉；
第三，最好自己帶泳衣泳褲來，酒店內的價格有些貴的離譜（個人感覺）。
其他都不錯，錯峯出行，入住這裡是個不錯的選擇。

D區的別墅也太差了。。。進屋到處都是瓢蟲，衞生間沒有裝防臭地漏，臭味薰得卧室裏也有味。開了一個晚上通風，絲毫沒有改善。
入住完全沒有人員引導，黑燈瞎火自己開進來。這要放在江浙滬，必須都是服務人員開電瓶車送進入住的吧。
前往温泉和早餐都需要自己來回開車。温泉的更衣室，臟得不行，且不配浴巾，衹有一件浴袍。
早餐，節假日居然衹有兩個小時，9點結束。
這1600一晚的房價，讓我見識了東北人的大膽，但也斬掉了可能的回頭客生意。

十一假期對不滿意的酒店沒有之一，温泉酒店大堂一股臭拖鞋味道，就是去泡温泉的拖鞋，胡亂擺放在大桶裏。房間門口已過去就有一堆垃圾，陽台還有煙盒，進去沙發上還有頭髮，床上也有！！！房間裏有蒼蠅還不止一衹！誰能想到我2k訂的酒店會被幾衹蒼蠅吵得睡不着覺！！服務非常差勁浪費了這麼好的地理位置
